This meme deals with three types of love, angsty, sweet, and twisted! Please note that there are triggers abound!

I. BAD ROMANCE
01. IT'S TOO LATE TO APOLOGIZE. You had a fight and now your lover isn't sure they want to even hear your apologies.
02. HURT/COMFORT You or your lover is in pain, physically or mentally, and needs to be comforted.
03. SECOND BEST. No matter what your lover says, you feel like they're only settling for you like a second choice.
04. CHEATED. You've seen all the signs; lipstick on the collar, scraches down the back, hickeys you didn't leave behind. Do you want to keep ignoring it or finally confront them?
05. KEEP ME FROM FALLING. Your lover is being discouraged from seeking any sort of relationship with you and it's definitely a strain.
06. BUT HOW DO I KNOW... You love your partner so much, but you're uncertain just how they feel about you.
07. JUST NOT FEELING THE SPARK... That spark in he bedroom seems to be gone, so how are you going to deal?
08. I WANT YOUR LOVE, I DON' WANT TO BE FRIENDS. You're obsessed with the object of your affection and you will stop at nothing to win them over.
09. A KISS WITH A FIST IS BETTER THAN NONE. Your relationship is rough and you spend more time fighting than anything else, but you can't give up that spark anyway. You'll stay together even if you both end up miserable.
10. THE END. It's time to break up. Suddenly or something you've both seen coming awhile, the choice is yours.

04. ANNIVERSARY. it's your one week, one month, or one year anniversary! Or however long you'd like to make it! How do you celebrate?
05. WANT YOU BACK. All couples have rough times! You might have called it quits for awhile, but it's time to give it another shot!
06. GOTTA STAY INSIDE. The weather outside has made it impossible to go out, so why not snuggle up with your lover and enjoy yourselves?
07. I JUST WANT TO SAY... You feel the need to tell your lover just exactly how much he or she means to you.
08. DATE NIGHT. You decided to take your lover out on an honest date.
09. SICK DAY. Your lover is down with a cold or flu and it's time to take care of them!
10. EXPERIMENTATION. You both love each other so there's absolutely nothing wrong with a little healthy experimentation in the bedroom.
11. GIFTS. You found the perfect gift for your lover and it's time to give it to them!

III. HOW CAN I EXIST WITHOUT YOU?
01. YOU WOULDN'T WANT ME TO HAVE TO HURT YOU TOO... The object of your love/lust is resisting your advances, so it's time to take what you want.
02. JEALOUSY. It's jealousy to the extreme. You're going to make damn sure your lover knows how you feel about them seeing other people.
03. INCEST IS BEST. You know it's wrong, all kinds of sinful, but you can't resist the draw. If characters aren't related, then they are now! Or at least it feels very close to incest anyway.
04. YOU'RE NEVER GONNA GET FAR. You love that person so much, you've made sure they can't get away - by physically tying them down or by some other emotional or mental means.
05. I'LL MAKE YOU HURT. You've set it up to make sure your lover catches you cheating or doing something else hurtful just for that reason. You want to make them suffer.
06. CHAINS AND WHIPS EXCITE ME. You're both taking sex to extremes.
07. BROKEN. Your lover has utterly broken you and you need them to know.
08. SECRECY. You're embarrassed by your lover, utterly embarrassed. If they weren't useful in some way (even if it's just in bed!), you wouldn't even be with them.
09. YOU'RE MY LAST CHOICE. You don't really love the person you're with, but they're all you could snatch up and it's no secret to either of you.
10. FORCED TOGETHER. You don' love each other, but you have no choice but to be together due to outside influences. Alternatively, you've been captured and are now being forced to make a sex video even if you don't want to.
11. WATCH HOW I DO IT. You were just forced to watch your lover have sex with someone else (willingly or not) or beaten and now you've got to deal with the aftermath.

[ He doesn't even understand how it come to this. More often than not, everything around him is overwhelming and he just knows that, somehow, he's gone through it all with just a scratch or two. But, right now, all he knows is that she's upset and he probably should do something about it. He was never good at this...]

Hum...hey- [ He tries to smile, hoping it seems more comforting than somehow insulting.] It'll be alright.

[ It's the worst feeling, when your mask breaks and someone else can see how you feel. Not that she ever kept up a good enough mask, but it was easy to pretend she did until someone actually talked to her about it.

She's sitting with her arms around her in a self-embrace of sorts. She can't even bring herself to look at him.
Her voice is so, so quiet. ]

It won't.

[ The attempted smile soon fades, and, for a few seconds, all he does is look at her, curled up like that, and it hurts to see. If he was completely honest, he'd like to give her a hug, but he doesn't want to startle her. These kinds of things are sensitive and need to be approached with care, and he'll do his best.

He kneels down, in front of her, continuing long moments of awkward silent as he tries to think of what to say.]

...yes it will. It'll be alright, I promise. I know it will.

In many ways, Barty had been an unusual child. Perhaps partly because of the harsh judgment his father had subjected him to since he was born, perhaps because of the difficulty for a little boy to make friends his father approved of, in a time where most other purebloods sympathized with a side that could negatively impact Crouch senior's political career.

What Barty had always liked to play with was fire. There were many reasons why he was sorted into Slytherin, but lack of daring wasn't one of them. And so it was no wonder that he ended up, years later, playing games with Bellatrix Lestrange. The initial game had just been actually drawing the attention of the older, dangerous woman. Now the challenge was to hold it.

And every now and then, to play with it. "How are you today, my lady Lestrange?"

True to that thought, maintaining the attention of one Bellatrix Lestrange could prove to be quite the effort; or in any case it took some skill - suffice to say Barty was one of the lucky few who seemed to manage that. At least of the time, or at least quite enough that she'd failed to grow bored and make him her prey for no more than a few moments of fun. Funny that he'd have that effect; the Dark Lord aside, very few creatures out there so much as roused the tiniest bit of genuine interest from her but she supposed it was just that there was something about the way the wizard thought that she'd yet to figure out.

She certainly didn't mind it too much - and she certainly didn't mind the flattery.
"Oh, I'm terribly bored, Crouch; what a dull day it is today. Have you any remedy for that?"

"A mind like yours and bored? I tremble at the notion." But instead of trembling, Barty just had a slight smile on his lips and his hand was steady as he took her's in his and raised it so he could press a kiss to her knuckles, his eyes on her the entire time.

"I've a hard time imagining a dull moment when in your company. But I believe I might have an idea on how to thrill you." Still holding her hand, he lowered it slowly, while his fingers curled in so they rubbed along her palm.

"Will you grant me the favour of your company, my lady Lestrange? Let me lead you toward entertainment."

"Truly a tragedy, I know." The heavy accent provided some emphasis, very obviously intended in a theatrical manner. Though her own definition of a joke was more often than not macabre in some way, Bellatrix wasn't born without a lighter sense of humour; it surfaced from time to time, though the occasions were few and far between.

A smirk tugged at the corners of her lips, though unintentionally so. She could easily draw her hand back, but the thing was she'd long since stopped questioning his motives (some, not all) right away. Call it respect, if you will.

"Your offer is tempting, Crouch; but I wonder, what is it you have in mind? Will it be worth my time? I should hope so."

"I'd not dare disappoint you, my lady Lestrange, you know that. Only a very stupid or pathetic man would." It wasn't as if Barty didn't know how powerful Bellatrix was, both magically and in influence, but he had no problem pretending he didn't mind. It worked better than groveling, he had never been much good at that.

"I'll make you feel things you didn't know you were capable of."

"And I'm sure we could both name a few." Not that she'd thought of any names right away, but she figured it wouldn't be so difficult to either way. Her hand twitched slightly against his, though not as if she were about to withdraw it; by al means it looked almost as if her fingers could fit the space between his.

His statement got a curious reaction from her; she laughed and though Bellatrix, being Bellatrix, didn't have it in her to drop the malicious undertone (by all means it was ingrained in every fibre of her by then), it decidedly came off a lot more like sincere amusement and a lot less like she was making fun of him. Or however that works with people like them.

"That's quite the daring feat! Are you certain it's within your range of ability?"

"Oh, we could, but why waste our time with scum?" Barty tended to look down on just about everyone, so thinking of someone he considered stupid wasn't actually tied to any kind of effort.

He had expected the laugh, in fact, it had been the reaction he'd been hoping for. So he smiled and inclined his head. "Not certain, but I like a challenge. Just as I enjoy a risk."

With a step to the side, he offered her his arm, never taking his eyes of her. Her beauty wasn't what caught his fascination, but it definitely didn't hurt. "Will you come with me?"

"A point well made, Crouch. But I do hope your daredevil attitude won't be your demise." Her mouth was curled upwards in a thin, amused smile and she couldn't help the chuckle. She closed her eyes for a brief moment, but glanced at him soon afterwards.

For a moment it looked as if she was about to take his arm - but her hand lingered an inch or so from his arm and though still amused, she couldn't help but to question him.
"Where to, exactly?"

"You know as well as I do, my lady Lestrange, that these days cowards don't live longer. They just lead a more pathetic life." It wasn't as if Barty didn't have insecurities, but his attitude, as Bella had called him, served well with hiding them, even from himself.

But still, he respected her and he didn't dare to take her arm as long as she was hesitating.

"Now, why would you want to spoil the surprise? But fine, I shall give that much away: To the dungeon, my lady Lestrange. Won't you come with me?"

"I expect a few to die off soon," she remarked idly; this time a few names did come to mind, but no matter. Barty had her attention and she could easily ignore the rest for the time being.

"The dungeon?" Her eyebrows arched high, coupled with a lopsided smirk. Still, her hand remained unmoving. "What a fine place for a leisurely stroll."

For what could have been the longest moment, all she did was stare at him - her expression conveyed amusement, but there was no doubt she was trying to figure him out.

Then, at long last, she conceded and finally took his arm. "Very well then. Let's see what you have up your sleeve."

"I thought you might agree. We could of course take to the gardens instead, but there is not much there to entertain us except, well, each other and I'd much prefer to hear your screams against theirs."

Innuendo had never been something he shied away from, no matter how inappropriate. He smiled in triumph when she did take his arm and started walking, not hurried, but not wasting time either. He saw no reason to hide his eagerness, among the many things they had in common was the fervor for their goals.

"When were you last there, my lady Lestrange?"

Innuendo was something she picked up on easily and though she never really took it to heart at first glance, it seldom failed to make her laugh - a short-lived sound, true, but genuinely inviting somehow. "Next time, then. The gardens can certainly wait another day or five."

She walked beside him, neither perturbed nor impatient with his pace. They'd get there soon enough and there was always time for idle chatter along the way. Whatever his intents were (if there were any, truth be told she was sure she could expect either one) she would figure them out soon enough. "It's been a while, actually - a disappointment, I know." Not that she seemed at all put off by it.
"It's always a far more entertaining experience when you have company."
