Warning:  Be aware that this meme deals with dark subjects like slavery and may also contain non-consensual/dubiously consensual sex, violence, and kink.

SLAVES

1.  The Newbie - This is your very first auction and you don't quite know what to expect.  Hopefully you remember your training and don't disgrace yourself in front of your new master.  Hopefully someone thinks you're worth buying at all.

2.  The Oldtimer - You've been bought and sold and bought again so many times.  You've seen it all before and don't think this time is going to be much different.  In fact, the only real anxiety you've got is whether or not someone's going to pay for a more than slightly used slave.

3.  The Pet - You're a pleasure slave.  A bed warmer.  A decorative piece of artwork.  You're meant to look pretty and be pleasing and not much else.

4.  The Guard - Your master hired you because of your ability to swing a sword or shoot a gun, not your looks.

5.  The Escape Artist - Somehow you always manage to squirm out of your master's chains.  Too bad you seem to get caught after a while.  Maybe your next daring escape will be permanent.  Then again, maybe your next master has special ways of keeping you locked up.

6.  The Undercover - You aren't a slave at all, you're just pretending to be one.  Why?  Well that's up to you.  Either way, your cover is blown if you don't act the part.

7.  The Specialist - You have a skill that no one else has.  Something rare and valuable.  Something your master needs more than anything else.

MASTERS

1.  The Customer - You've owned slaves before and this trip to the market is nothing new to you.  Still, you're hoping to find something worth your while.

2.  The Gift - Someone bought a pet for you, isn't that nice of them?  Or maybe it isn't so nice.  Did you even want a slave in the first place?  Well you're stuck with one now.

3.  The Giver - You're selecting a slave for someone else, and they need to be perfect.  Perhaps you'd better test them out first to make sure you're getting your money's worth.

4.  The Trainer - You specialize in taming unruly slaves and making them over into perfect, obedient, well-trained pets.

5.  The Rebel - You hate the idea of slavery, but the system isn't going to go away any time soon, so the next best thing is to buy up any slave you can get your hands on and free them, right?

6.  The Companion - You want someone to be with you always, someone you can talk to and depend on, someone who will never leave your side.  It's a good thing that money can buy that these days.

7.  The Undercover - You're not actually a Master.  You're at the auction for an entirely different reason.  Maybe it's special policework, maybe you're trying to hunt down a certain someone.  Either way, your cover is blown unless you act the part.

As always, feel free to use a combination of scenarios or make up your own if you have other ideas.

"Thanks." Soubi said before looking up and sighing. "Brush your hair before braiding it again." Soubi was bossy, but he didn't want to be called master either. It just didn't feel right when he was controlled by someone else himself.

"Dinner will be ready in ten minutes, so get ready."

"Soon as it's dry enough," Duo said before ducking out of the doorway to follow the rest of the order. He grabbed one of the plainer looking shirts from Soubi's room, which was also one of the longest, covering the important bits. Rubbing his hair as dry as he could, he let it spread over the towel to dry faster.

Soubi hadn't really thought about telling Duo to wear pants because really? What was the point? They would fall off and Soubi didn't own any belts. Same thing with the underwear. Soubi was very very tall, towing over the shorter one.

When the food was done, he set out the table and placed the food the plates. "Dinner is ready."

"Coming!" he called, making sure he was done dripping before coming back to the kitchen. At barely over five feet, Duo was kind of tiny for his age, increasing that tower effect his owner had. "So... what are you going to have me do here?"

Soubi just shrugged. "What do you want to do?" He was just going to sit down at the table so he could start to eat and wait for Duo's answer.

Duo was actually quiet for a moment as he sat down after, utterly stumped. People didn't really ask him that question. "Um... I like fiddling with stuff, bits of machines and such, and wandering around town, though usually I have to break out first to do that."

"After I buy you some proper clothing you can wonder around while I'm in classes. I'd rather not have you breaking anything in my house to get out. I don't really have the money to replace the locks." Soubi didn't know what else to do with him. "Can you make anything useful?"

"Well... I could probably make you better locks for starters," he offered. Given that much freedom, he could definitely pitch in and help the guy out some.

"Locks aren't as helpful as you might think." He nodded to his VERY modest place. "It would be more trouble to steal anything here than it's worth. Anything else you can make?"

"Pretty good with machines and such," Duo said, thinking it over. "If you don't need them, you could always hire me out."

"That sounds like too much of a bother." Soubi sighed, finishing up his soup. "I'll think of something. How do you like your food?"

"It's good," he said draining the last of his bowl, trying not to slurp. "A lot better than I've had in a while, that's for sure."

Soubi smiled. He really liked being praised, even though he would never say it out loud. "Well, are you tired? I have to get to school tomorrow. We can talk more over breakfast if you want." It was clear to anyone that Soubi was treating Duo more like a room mate than a slave.

"I could sleep. Been a pretty busy day," Duo said with a nod. It was weird to be treated this way, but he couldn't say he minded.

Soubi nodded. "I don't have room for a bedroom for you, but the couch unfolds into a bed."

"Sounds good to me," the slave said, nodding. He'd slept everywhere from the floor to chained on a luxury bed, so a pull out all to himself? Perfectly fine.

Soubi nodded at the couch in the living room. "Keep it clean in there. Seimei won't be happy if you play his video games either. He's the one that bought you for me." Soubi then pointed to his neck where the bandages were. "He is my master."

That brought Duo up in surprise, blinking across the table at the other man. "You have a master?" He'd never heard of a slave owning another slave, or going to school like a free citizen either. Shaking his head to snap himself out of it, he gave him a nod. "Right, don't make a mess, don't touch the games."

"I wasn't bought." Soubi sighed, then pulled off the bandages to show the name on his neck. "I belong to him in another way."

The markings made Duo stare a little before he caught himself, blinking as he pulled his eyes back to his master's face. "I didn't know people could be owned in other ways."

"it's fine." Soubi wrapped his neck up again. "Most people don't know either." Soubi just stands, taking the plates and putting them in the sink to wash. "Can you pull the couch bed out by yourself?"

"Yeah, I can do that," Duo said as he got up from the table. He tilted his head, watching him for a moment. "Do you want me to do that?" There had to be something he did as a slave in the house, right? Seemed odd to just have so few duties.

Soubi blinked at the request. No one had ever offered to help him, let alone do something for him. "Oh, if you want." But then Soubi remembered that he was supposed to be the master here, and nodded. "I guess this is something you're supposed to do, huh?" then rubbed the back of his head, sighing. "I need a smoke. I'll leave this to you then?"

"Yep, I'll get it all done," the slave said cheerfully. Finally, something to do. Maybe dying of boredom wasn't to be the result of his bad karma after all. He headed over to the sink, quickly plaiting his hair now that it was dry enough so it'd stay out of the way. He could brush it out before he crashed. "Go enough your smoke."

"Ah, Thanks Duo." Soubi nodded, heading out into the small yard and lighting a cig up. He was out there for a long time, just watching ... nothing.
