Vulcans have been known to sing, usually for ceremonial purposes. I, however, have demonstrated neither aptitude nor inclination for that particular form of musical performance.
Karaoke is really about just having fun with friends. It's okay not to have a great voice if you're just enjoying it. You don't have to sing, though. It's definitely not fun if you feel forced into it.
