THE RETURN OF THE HEATWAVE

It's like a heatwave burning in my heart
holy crap it wasn't that hot out last week. Now suddenly the mercury's skyrocketing and you have to find some way to beat the heat
Scenarios listed below for those who want 'em.
i WHERE:
001 PLAYGROUND - man that asphault is a killer. Better try and find some cover quick
002 AT HOME - Ac's broken. it's too hot. And opening a window seems to have no effect.
003 POOL -Ah the perfect place to cool off... and check out some babes ;D
004 CLASS - The hours seem to tick by that much more slowly when the temperature is on the rise....
005 LOCKED OUT - Crap. Where did you put your keys. Did you REALLY manage to lock yourself out on the hottest day of the year?
006 WILD CARD - Anyway you want it
ii HOW:
001 SHADE - Not perfect. But it will have to do..
002 UMBRELLA - Hey. It's not girlie if you don't want the UV rays to get to your skin
003 FAN - Hey, it serves the double purpose of cooling you down and making weird alien voices!
004 ICE CREAM - Maybe a sweet treat will help? I call dibs on the otter pop
005 SPRINKLERS - Let's get runnin' through those sprinklers
006 SODA POP - Fizzy and refreshing.
007 STRIPPING - It's gettin' hot in heeere. So take off all yo' clothes~
008 NONE - Nothin' but you and your hand. Not in that way you pervert.
009 WILD CARD - that's the way you need it
iii WHEN:
001 MORNING - Is it really even worth getting out of bed if it's this hot out?
002 NOON TIME - The worst time of day, sun right over head.
003 AFTERNOON - Sun is setting and it may be beautiful but can it be a little less hot and beautiful?
004 NIGHT - And it's night. And not cooling down. At all. Good luck getting any sleep.
005 WILD CARD - Anyway you want it.

So does a soda. Something cold and maybe close to icy and wet and... and the damn maschine wasn't giving up the soda though it took his money.
Growling, his eyes flashing ochre for a moment, he punched the machine. Hard. His claws cut into the veneer, turning the sign more into diet oke really.

"Hey, hey, hey, Wolfzilla. Ixnay on the iolencevay in school. What's the problem?"
Aside from the front of the machine looking like it had been attacked by a caffeine deprived grizzly. Good job, Isaac.

Really he was starting to have a lot of reasons to have claws in school.
"But Wolfzilla is okay but violence got pig latin," he asked, arching a brow though his eyes were baby blue again and hands all human like. "I'm... I mean it stole my money and I'm thirsty and if this heat doesn't break I think I'm going to lose it."
Which was a good answer. Besides the whole life has gotten weird and twisted thing.

He demonstrated for him, pushing and sliding over. The machine whirred and thudded out a can into the receptacle. "See? There's your oh so delicious soda. Now move so I can get mine. You're not the only one affected by the crazy eww heat."
no subject
"Yep, useless machine. That's helpful," he muttered, though he reached down for the soda. "I guess... thanks." He was cranky and not even trying to hide it.

Then he belched.

He paused though, wincing. "Right. Not your fault. I'm just going to harass you.'

He took another sip, watching Isaac trying to cool down. "Why don't you just go grab a shower?"
no subject
He rolled his eyes, making a sound that was conspiciously like a growl. "Some of us make do with what we have. I was dealing with other shit last night and didn't get to do laundry but hey, thanks for giving the homeless guy shit about it."
Not that he was quite homeless anymore. At least for the time being. "And I can walk back to Derek's. Thanks."
He was in a mood and trying to fight it and finding it a losing battle. "Because I still have to walk home," he pointed out. "Seems like a waste of cooling off."

"Fine. I'll meet you by the Jeep after. Stop acting like I'm six. Six year olds don't shred soda machines." He paused, considering that. "Oh God. Did Derek shift as a kid? I mean, imagine a little Derek with facial hair and claws. He'd look like Wolverine."

He wasn't gone long. Lingering in the shower always felt stupid. And weird. Not to mention creepy.
Finishing up, he dressed in clothes that weren't as clean as they could be but good enough. Grabbing his bag, he headed out to the parking lot to see if Stiles was still there or bailed on him.
