Reasons you're in Jail:
1. Public urination/defecation - You just couldn't hold it, could you? Well, you should have. Now you're waking up with someone doing the same all over your feet. Good job.

2. Drunk and disorderly conduct - "Wassat, occifer? No... I'm not dru-*hic* drunk. I'm unner the legal limit. Wooo!" No, no you're not. You're way over. Sleep it off, buddy.

3. Vandalism - Oh, you naughty thing. You got busted stealing that 'Chickens X-ing' sign. Or was it drawing boobs on the drive-thru clown? Either way, tsk tsk.

4. B&E - Apparently your friend didn't think you kicking in his window to sneak in and leave him a 'present' was as good of an idea as you thought it was. Well, no love for HIM. *hmph*

5. Grand Theft Auto - The car was BEGGING to go for a ride. It called to you with its sireny car-call. And you just had to answer. If it hadn't been for the damn spike belt...

6. Kidnapping - Trust me, there are better ways to get money to pay for your Bieber concert tickets.

7. Murder - Talk about being caught red handed. You got caught red armed. And faced. And front. You're messy.

8. Any/all of the above - Ooooh... You've been REALLY naughty, haven't you? Actually, you kind of scare me.

[ so somehow heine wasn't implicated in this incident. though, to be quite honest, he was probably involved... but that doesn't matter! because he's here to pay bail. or something. ]

Didn't they let you clean up?

[ says the guy who is constantly bleeding on things. ]

No... You talked to my lawyers?

[ this would be against police and evidence protocol, i believe, but gundam wing is not exactly the most realistic universe. ]

...yeah. [ well, he did. it just wasn't a very good conversation. ]

There's a problem.

[ sighs. ]

I'm supposed to go with you on the way out.

[ which isn't the problem. he sighs, too, because surprise, there is no bail. ONLY BREAKING OUT. ]

They're setting up a distraction outside. It's time to go.

[ ...oh. but — well, he deserves to be in this cell. not even for this particular crime. he can't do the things he wants from here, either. okay, this doesn't seem stupid and dangerous at all. naw. ]

Do you have the keys?

[ he pulls out the keyring from his back pocket, but waits until the shouting and running starts upstairs. what kind of security does this jail have, anyway... ]

We're going out the back.

[ unlocks the door. yeah, this is definitely not at all a bad idea. ]

[ and quatre makes a beeline. either heine will give him a gun, or he will disarm someone for one. ALL IN ALL, not concerned about how badly this could go. (you should be, boo. look at who you're with.) ]

[ heine doesn't, actually, have his guns with him, which makes him pretty antsy. but hey, there's a security guard over there! time to grab the guy by the neck and bang his head against the wall before taking the man's pistol. ]

Do you want it?

[ he means the gun. (quatre, lower your expectations.) ]

[ sigh, heine. quatre is glancing around the corner, as heine mugs the poor guard. but he waves it off, anyway, and motions for heine to follow him when they're clear. once another guard is in sight, quatre is more... skillful: punching the guard in the throat and flipping him on his back. he loses his gun and radio, which is disposed of in another hall. a little headstart can go a long way. ]

[ okok, he'll take the pistol if quatre doesn't want it. yay, guns.)

they move quickly and quietly (though quatre is probably noticeably better at it). for once heine is prepared enough to know where the elevators are, and here's one! he took a passcard off of the first guard, so up they go. ]

Cargo entrance. They'll be shooting at the other side of the building.

[ kind of sighs. ]

This could have been quieter.

[ once they get to the cargo entrance. there's a car waiting there, and heine has the keys. ]

You know, these are really ugly.

[She's talking, of course, about the prison clothes they've both been stuck in. Orange, really? Did Naruto design them or something? Terrible. Though she supposes, from a practical point of view, they'd be easy to spot in places prisoners aren't meant to be.

Seated with her back to the wall, she's plucked the shirt away from her body to give it a distasteful look, but all in all doesn't look terribly concerned by the general circumstances of their incarceration. Mainly because she doesn't intend to be here that long.]

[ quatre is slightly less active in his pursuit for freedom, but he would admit it would be nice. ultimately, though, it has to fall into his lap for him to take the chance. a little time for trespassing isn't too bad, right? minus the ugly jumpsuits... he turns to look at her from his place against the cell bars. ]
