Hells and high water, G'raha. Everyone says I have high pain tolerance, but even I can't help but grimace at this.
[ there's humor and concern in equal measure in i'erret's voice. she's no talented healer, not like alphinaud or urianger or g'raha himself, but most of the other scions are occupied with their own business. out and about. besides, eos does most of the work on all his hurts while she cleans up the rest with a basin of warm water and a cloth. another adventure creeps in ever closer from the horizon and what with g'raha remaining in sharlayan to keep watch on the students of baldesion in krile's stead, she couldn't help but personally volunteer to become a pocket healer for a short while when he came stumbling in.
or do her best at pretending to be as such. she's much better at swinging an axe and taking hits, in her opinion.
such a typically brash and direct demeanor has quieted considerably while wiping away streaks of red and traces of mud or dirt painstakingly. a rare show of softness she reserves for the scions -- and only in private. ]

[ It's been almost a month since finding him, more than half dead in the woods. Jisu had actually had to carry him in their male form in order to handle the height difference between them. Even that way, he was more than half a foot taller, which meant more to be careful of! However, they were able to get him up to the cave, which had been converted into a home, after a couple days of travel and stopping to mend and reapply bandages.
Diligently, they had found herbs and other ingredients to clear the wounds and allow for a faster recovery, placed needles to keep some muscles from seizing and to relieve the tension that could build up from the deeper injuries mending. Jisu had tried sending vital energy directly into the man, but it required him to be in a state to actually accept it for the maximum effect, so it didn't speed his healing up by much until he was able to wake up. When he was awake, there was always a broth rich with nutrients and uniquely spirit-rich herbs kept warm nearby to feed him.
Even now, she's stayed by with a finger on the pulse, literally, while sleeping at the side of the bed. Just to make sure the last of any lingering poisons didn't take a horrible turn. ]
