Maybe people just figure hundreds of years of practice at love making makes vampires really, really good at it. On the other hand, the bloodsucking may be a great fetish source, something about a quick sting of pain followed by pleasure. When a vampire is hungry and isn't quite so decent or hard up as to lower himself to only buying blood at the butcher's or trapping and draining small animals instead, their dietary supplement of preference is human blood. Dangerous - This is no kitten you're playing with. Remember, your life hangs in the balance if they sink their fangs too far... 7. Purely Sexual - Both of you are into a little bit of bloodplay. (( Matthias has been a lot of things to a lot of different people throughout his very long life. Mostly, whatever they wanted him to be. Until he grew bored of that. In some cases, it was a matter of weeks. In few, rarer occasions, decades. And, well, at this point Lissa's proven to be someone capable of keeping his interest and that's something he'll give credit for. He finds so many people so boring.

One thing he's never been is a vampire's sippy cup. What kind of effect, he wonders, would demon's blood have on a vampire? He's never heard anything about it (though that could easily be because he disdains his own kind and spends as little time in their society as possible). He's heard about fae blood being like a drug to some of the undead. But on the matter of demon blood, silence.

How often can a creature as old as he is boast being able to experience something new? So please don't mind Matthias casually rolling his sleeve up. ))
