It was a long, hard day- maybe the training was harsh or maybe the world was saved from destruction. Regardless of what made it so gruelling, Piccolo and his companion made it through and now that difficult day is coming to a close as the sun sinks.

"You did well today," he compliments, simply and sincerely, his voice low and gravelly as ever but gentler than usual. He doesn't look directly at his ally, gaze fixed on the rapidly reddening horizon over the ocean. The high plateau gives a spectacular view and is one of his favourite spots in the world. Years ago, it was one of many places he almost treated like a home, when that meant somewhere to sleep without being bothered. "I think I'll stay here tonight."
