Maybe it's for a good cause, like charity. Maybe they were tricked or bullied into it. Or maybe they don't even remember how they got here. Either way, your character is participating in a date auction.

How to Play

1. Post your character and preferences. Do not leave a blank top level. Instead, leave a comment containing a brief description of your character, the type of date that's being offered, and the starting price for a date. Example:

Edward is a polite, handsome young man who enjoys collecting cars and playing the piano. He's looking for a fun, effervescent young woman to take out on a date. The winning lady will be taken to the park for a baseball game, followed by a romantic vegetarian picnic in the grass. Starting bid: $100.

2. Bid on other characters or jeer from the sidelines.

3. Have fun and make some dates!
