He didn't cook, for obvious reasons, and it's late because she had to work today. But he'd texted her to come over for a late dinner. Dinner's been ordered in from her favorite Italian place and waiting for her when she finally gets home.

The little table he has at the apartment has a small vase with a few roses, one for every month they've been dating few. There's also a box sitting on the chair for her waiting. It's white with a bright red ribbon that's been carefully tied into a big bow. Inside said box, well, it wouldn't be a fun Valentine's Day if she didn't get a special present right?

Don't ask him how strange it was having to work with a sales woman to pick something out while also being blind, not able to really see what he was choosing, but she helped him with something that would be texturally fun for him but also special for Anna. He's hoping she likes it.

He's also already waiting at the door for her, open with a single red rose in his hand, that can go in the vase on the table once she's in, when he hears her coming down the hallway. "Happy Valentine's Day, Anna."
