he knows the space well enough to wander into the kitchen. he lost his jeans somewhere between the front door and here, dumped his shirt on the coffee table, and left himself in nothing more than a black and white leopard print brief. as you do.
but there's coffee to make and a friend to wake up - or he assumes. a squint at the microwave's clock tells him it's too early for this shit. eight. absolutely foul. it's a bit chilly in the apartment, too, and he does not once think that it could be due to his lack of attire. instead, he gathers up two mismatched mugs of hot coffee, marches right into sirius's room and sets them on the bedside table. ]
Oh, how the mighty fall...
[ a cluck of the tongue echoes in the silence after as he looks down at his sleeping friend. klaus sighs, settles himself on the side of the bed. he regrets standing up, what with the way his stomach churns and head aches. he hasn't moved sirius over yet to make room for himself in bed - see? he's a good friend.
it doesn't stop him from all but climbing over him, though, into the space at his side, wedged between sirius now and the wall. it's not elegant. there's not an elegant bone in his body. ]
Come now, sweet prince! The morning calls, the sun's rising and if you don't take a shower I will have to disown you. You smell like a wet dog. And not even the hot, rugged, alpha male-y type, oh god no. Think... I don't know. One of the movies where the dog dies. Shiloh? Is that a big dog?
[ he rolls onto his side, and it's then he plants an obnoxious kiss to his forehead. ]

groaning, he bats blindly, feeling the kiss but completely botching any contact. )
Merlin, not the wet dog jokes this damn early— ( squinting, he blears toward the window, the way the light peeks through indicating that it's clearly well before ten. and his head throbs something awful. ) How much did we drink? Shit.
( he's pretty sure he left a bottle in the— ah, yes, it's resting in the corner between the bed and the wall, just past klaus, right where he left it. reaching for that first, he gradually fumbles his way upright and takes a quick nip. nothing a little hair of the dog won't fix.
frankly, sirius is still so out of it that he doesn't even seem to care that he's huddled right up against klaus in the most inconvenient way, but maybe it didn't bother him much to begin with, especially now that the burn of liquor brightens his senses, and he then shifts so sit beside klaus before offering him the bottle of over-aerated wine that he'd magicked to stay upright well before he'd curled up and decided sleep was the best thing in the world. )
Coffee? ( the question comes as he notices the mugs on the adjacent table. ) Oh, you do spoil me so.
