[Not long after the food's arrived the waitress comes around again. At this time of night the restaurant isn't exactly busy, so perhaps that's why the waitress is back, or maybe its the slight pink flush in her cheeks as her eyes meet his, her hand coming up to fiddle nervously with her chestnut coloured hair that's brought her back so soon.

Or perhaps it's because the real waitress is taking an impromptu nap in the break room. Gemini had earlier been casing a gang of criminals, there being a particularly large bounty on the head of the gang's past head, she had been hoping to pick up some clues as to his current location. Sitting as a pigeon on a rooftop opposite their base, she'd had a literal bird's eye view of the Red Hood blasting his way in and mowing down the unfortunate gang members. Unfortunate for them, but not for Gemini herself, who'd thoroughly enjoyed the spectacle enough to follow him to of all places a Denny's. Well, there was no accounting for taste.]
