[Here it is. Moment of truth. The unexpected pep talk with Thor helped curb his anxiety enough - and his new wingman is counting on him - so here he goes.

Mobius makes a pit stop at the nearest drink table, picking up two fresh cups of spiky, unknown punch. The best sort of lubricant for important, yet difficult conversations.

And then he sets off to track down Loki, who has been surprisingly absent since they got here earlier. While talking with Thor he swore he felt that familiar tingle of eyes boring into him from somewhere. More than once. Why all the slinking, Lokes? He’ll be sure to ask about that. Amongst other things.

He takes sips from the cup in his right hand - that’s his - as he weaves in and out of people and rooms, stopping to say hi or just flash the briefest smile of acknowledgement. He’s a relative unknown and part of him likes that. The TVA flies under most radars. It’s not like they’re SHIELD or something. If some of these party attendees knew he was Loki’s plus-one…

The smart, green blazer Mobius is wearing should be a major hint of who he’s here with. Loki insisted he dress him for the occasion. Casual button-down with the top button undone, blazer, nice black trousers and ridiculously expensive-looking dress shoes to match. But it’s Christmas - almost everyone at the party is sporting red and green or some sort of other festive combination. Helps him blend in better.]
