[ He wakes up because of the heat. It is so uncommon for him, cold often, barely warm in the best case, even after standing in the sun for most of the day, to feel such raw, unbridled heat.

After the heat, Albedo recognizes the scent, leathery and masculine, and the tightness of the hold around him. He's pressed so protectively against that wide, pale chest, that he nearly feels like one of his sister's plushies, that she holds so dearly to her heart even while snoozing.

Is it the same also for Diluc, is he holding him to his heart?

The thought makes a foreign ache expand through his chest and Albedo releases a trembling breath. Feelings are still such a mystery to him, even while they course through his veins, fill his lungs at every inhale of that scent.

He tries wiggling a little further, that heat threatening to make him melt all over again, once and for all, without the chance to become solid anymore, but his oversensitive waist sends a sensation in between pleasure and pain through his spine at the movement --and Albedo accidentally makes a noise. ]
