He had to assume that, like him, Miyo had experienced her own sort of hell, exposed to the cruelty of the world at far too young an age.
It was precisely why he was always so gentle, so attentive in her company. Quick to clasp her hand into his own on days when she tired easily, or eagerly assisted her with the housework. In spite of his reputation as a ruthless mage killer, Kiritsugu was quite soft-spoken, patient... adoring.
They've yet to consummate, not wanting to rush or overwhelm her. But it's on a particularly chilly night that he finds himself gravitating towards her more than usual, so much that he's inadvertently slipped his arms around her waist. )

- Good old romantic relationship leading to babymaking. Willing to have Gorgon be the one getting knocked up in this situation.
- Less romantic and either a purely physical relationship or a means to an end. Examples: FWB into being knocked up; a worshiper or minion willing offering themselves.
- Non/dub-con. Examples: Gorgon in a heat; a predator-prey situation with someone entering her territory; someone being offered to her by a cult or village; using captives to spawn demons.
