That term has actually changed a little with history. In the past, when the term was used by actual reality, it referred to everyone in a monarch's household. Servants, their spouse or spouses as well as... yes, sometimes people in sexual servitude.

So I suppose it depends on if any of the people in the photo live where the place is considered yours.

You do have a point, if I was in the same position I'd want to emphasize the autonomy of everyone involved too.

Though you have to admit, it paints a certain classic harem image when you're literally lounging back while someone feeds you grapes.
