[ On top of his dreary monochromatic attire, Kaito's wearing a bright orange apron with the words SOUPER NOODLE embroidered in solid yellow. He was pulled out of his shift for this? ]

[Whoever convinced her to show up for this, might as well have some fun flirting and enjoying attention.]

[He sits down across from her making himself comfortable. It's been amusing him to no end how tense some people are and how seriously some guys seem to be taking this. But hello...this one's kinda sexy! He gives her a smile]

Well hi! Alright, I'm now glad I came to this thing.

[Hiroe giggles lightly behind her hand at that introduction, cheerfully pleased.]

Ahh--only now? Surely, you're just trying to stroke my vanity~...

[She smiles playfully and rests her chin in her hand, leaning forward and bracing her elbow on the table. She's dressed casually but fashionably, her blouse and pleated skirt tasteful but just revealing enough to catch the eye.]

Not that I'm complaining, of course... you're welcome to keep stroking, if you'd like. What is it that changed your mind?

*He laughs, throwing his hands up in a mock surrender*

*He leans forward as well, looking her in the eyes and enjoying the instant flirtatiousness of the exchange*

Well it's not something a guy expects to find on a speed date. Seems too good to be true.

[Although she plays at being scandalized over being called "sexy," even if the coy act were more convincing, the playful light in her eyes would give it away.]

...mm, if I'm honest, though, I suppose it's working a bit. "Charming" is nice, and "too good to be true" is certainly flattering... unless you're suggesting I'm some kind of predator in an appealing disguise to lure in prey. That wouldn't be quite as flattering.

[He grins ear to ear, enjoying the flirtation and being slightly annoyed he has only 5 minutes to do it.]

Hmmm. That's oddly specific. Is there something you're trying to warn me about? I mean I heard the most alluring young women are often the most dangerous, but I never believed it. Maybe I should start?

[She laughs lightheartedly behind her hand, making no secret of being entertained.]

Well, if I had any nefarious designs, it wouldn't do go and warn you--unless, of course, to trick you into lowering your guard because you imagine I must be harmless if I've warned you.

[Hiroe smirks and tilts her head, giving him a playfully appraising look.]

...or I could just have a very protective father. I guess you'll just have to decide whether it's worth the risk, nn?
