LET'S GO TO THE FAIR MEME

It's time to go to the fair! Food, rides, games, historical reenactments, the choices are endless! Go with your friends, your family, or if you're feeling romantic, go with a date! Don't run out of tickets.

LOCATIONS

1. COUNTY/STATE FAIR From the hokey to the bright and brilliant, you've been waiting for this all year! Are those rides up to code? Can you find the perfect fair food? Damn, those churros look good.
2. REN/PIRATE FAIRE Is something a little older your style? Try out a Renaissance or a pirate faire! You can dress up like the times or just be a civilian passing through. Mead, turkey legs, butt grabbing...
3. AMUSEMENT PARK Screw fairs, you want to go to Disneyland! Or Legoland, or Universal Studios... Whatever, you just want to go to the REAL THING. Elitest. You're not better than us.
4. HAUNTED CARNIVAL You thought this was a normal fair, but something seems... off. Are the ghosts fake or are they real? Does that guy have fangs? What the hell is this, Scooby Doo?
5. MUSIC FESTIVAL Who needs fairs when you can go to a venue and pay $40 for a t-shirt and watch thirty bands in one day and get heat exhaustion while drinking cheap beer? That's what we thought.
6. HOLIDAY FAIR It's Halloween! Or Christmas! You want to see pumpkin carving! Or Santa Claus! Whatever, man. You just like holidays.

SCENARIOS

1. RIDES The Tilt-a-Whirl costs how many tickets? This had better be worth it.
2. FOOD Holy shit, you have to try this chocolate covered, deep-fried ice cream! We'll stand by with some paddles.
3. EXHIBITS You want to look at photography? Art? Some kid's ode to his dog made of popsicle sticks? Let's go for it.
4. ANIMALS Are those tiny pigs wearing JACKETS and running a RACE? We have to go right now. Alternatively, pay to see the world's biggest live alligator. Her name is Susy.
5. GAMES You really want to win that giant unicorn but for some reason, the pins won't fall over even when you hit them dead-center. Is this rigged?
6. ROMANCE Whether it's the tunnel of love, jousting for someone's hand, or just sitting around sharing a dessert, we've got you covered on the date front.
7. MASCOTS Maybe you want to meet Mickey. Or Santa. Or, I don't know, whatever the hell that dude over there in a suit is. Careful though, a lot of times little kids can be real scared.
8. CONTESTS Baking contest? Are there funny notes in the grading cards for some of them? Maybe you want to look at how some nerd set a table. Check them out, try to steal one of the blue ribbons, whatever.
9. SHOPPING Everything here is SO COOL. Did you see that light up headband? That shirt with an emoji on it? Seriously, what will they think of next? Just don't get swindled out of your money!
10. CONCERTS This is it, this is the good stuff. You wanted some music and now you've got it; what kind of music is your jam? Will you be sitting comfortably or are you going to meet someone in the pit?

If your scenario doesn't match the location, make something up or pick a different one, we won't tell! As always, these are just suggestions. Make up anything you want, as long as you're having fun!

[music festival is obvious, whether dethklok is playing or not, but of course he wants to go to an amusement park. or anything with rides. everything at once. it's time for a vacation!! petting zoo!!!!!]

[She's an Eladrin circle of the moon druid who is more than a little bit of a chaos gremlin. A charming one, though.]

[In the mood for holiday fair]

It was a nice bright fair! With the evening sun setting and all the lights turning on and showing the festive mood, it was hard to not feel the holiday spirit! Leanne was in such a mood as she holds onto a large mug of hot cocoa with marshmallows on top. She smiles at her companion and giggles as she made sure to wear an extra long scarf... To wrap one end of it around his neck to give him warmth.

That and not to lose him due to their size difference as she is one that is far more easier to get swept away in the crowds. Though nothing is really truly keeping that end of the scarf on his person.

"How is it? Is the cocoa too sweet?" So much unfetter joy right now even with her rosy cheeks from the cold. "Is there anything you want to look at or a particular event you wish to go to?"

It's a relaxed vibe that the dragoon knight could afford a break from his duties. He's dressed casually for the occasion. The dragon spirit of Nidhogg within him is even slumbering, lay peacefully dormant within him, perhaps having learned to accept his host without the need to fight and had chosen to sleep.

Bright lights decorated the trees, vendors lined up for the holiday markets, and the delicious smell of food from the vendor stalls.

"It's rich from the extra fudge." He said, chewing longer on the marshmallows. "We can go wherever you desire. Nothing will wake up the dragon today. He's asleep."

A small sigh leaves her. "You can pick, this is for having fun and relaxing. Even if it is just for walking around." But then she smiles. "It is! I think it makes the it much sweeter, perhaps I should try adding some fudge the next time I make it."

She knows he isn't much of a talker so she didn't mind his shorter to the point answers.

A small giggle leaves her as she goes to just browse some vendors wares. "We should probably try and avoid all mistletoes, especially you."

And hrmnn, is there anything on this table that he could like? A small frown as it was filled with mostly cute little trinkets, things that she wouldn't imagine the knight who carries Nidhogg's spirit would like.

"Mm. Sparse as it is, I do crave rest and so does he." Harboring and taming the wrathful dragon to become his master and his bloodthirsty spirit within his body took a toll on him to near exhaustion.

"Nidhogg's wrathful legacy and cry for vengeance lasted for millennia. Dragons especially his known brood can live almost near immortal." He mused as he took a simple joy of the sweet concoction of the beverage.

What are you up to woman? Everytime she giggles she is up to something! She's just as cunning as the little potato Tataru.

Pretending to be suspicious of her. "Why is that? Because the plant is poisonous and parasitic?" He doesn't trust it then.

"It feels odd to hear that he craves rest. But yet, I am glad. Perhaps even for these fleeting moments, the both of you get the rest you deserve." She has noticed how tired he was, which was one reason she made him wear the same scarf she is wearing. One less thing he will have to worry about.

"Such anger... And devastation It may take just as long for him to be free of it." That will be her prayers for a long long time. Especially now that he has a master.

Her giggling only increases as he pretends, gaining quite the impish smile. "Oh you know~" She gonna let that hang for a moment or two to tease him. "It is tradition that if someone is under a mistletoe... They are to receive kisses."

And why is she suddenly playful enough to show him? "I can show you by standing under one." She won't but it was still fun to tease and play this game.

"Mmhm." He hums again. If Nidhogg is awake, he would have agreed and done it all over again, wiping out humanity to revenge his brothers and sisters of his brood and kind. but the dragon within is now subdued and asleep. All the better.

He raises an eyebrow, and he knows that look. Very funny. They are both standing beneath the plant which is hanging and looming over their heads quite ominously. "Hm? Do I know now?" Is this amusing to her? To watch his reaction?

"Hmph. I don't understand the appeal of it." He said, putting on that gruff look. Maybe he should be ready and prepared since she wanted one and he too yearns for a kiss as well. "Only it's function. Are you sure the plant did not possess you?"

The moment has come. No dawdling and keep her waiting. He lowers his guard now. "I jest. Very well."

Nidhogg must never be allowed to wake up again. His power and anger must always be asleep for the sake of all.

But back to this date with the dragoon! Leanne hasn't noticed the plant quite yet, only when she looks up at him does she notice it. "Yes~ I believe you do~" Yes, yes this is very amusing to her.

Another giggle leaves her at his words. "I figure you wouldn't. It is something cute and romantic." So much giggling and yes, she would love a kiss from him but only if he wanted one too. "I am positive. I wonder if there is a vendor that sells them and perhaps I shall braid some into my hair."

Her giggling stop as she gains a warm and loving kiss. "Are you sure, it is in public with many eyes around?" A hand reaches up to pet his face. "I love you, Estinien." She whispers before giving him a loving kiss, holding it for a moment before breaking it.

Estinien wanted to give Nidhogg some credit. Despite the wrym robbed his family, his village, his childhood and his dreams, he didn't let the wrym's vegeance guided his fate.

"Yes." He said. Her intuition is correct, but then again she could read his heart and mind. He has melded with the dragon's soul, a mellenia of sorrow, despair, and endless thirst for revenge and blood. Where their broodkin has been taken captive and experimented by the allagan Empire and Tiamat, the brood of Midgardsormr and mate of Bahamut was held captive for thousands of years alive and awake in Azys Lla. Dragons don't forgive and forget.

Eyes gazed into each other, lips touch, and a warmth kiss back. He sighs and after a while, he held her in his arms. "You bewitched my heart and soul Leanne. I love you too."

She is right. It is a romantic evening with the holiday cheer and bright lights. Perhaps with her kiss, she is taming the dragon so to speak. One day at a time.

She smiles up at him, her emerald eyes sparkling with nothing but love for the man with her. Love for the sacrifice he has made to save and protect everyone around him. Dragons were one of the few truly terrorifying creatures that should never be messed with.

Each eye contact, soft and warm lip touching causes her heart to flutter with love and butterflies in her stomach. She leans against him, nearly melting against him as he held her in his arms. "You have easily stolen my heart and soul. You are my other half."

Another kiss before forcing herself out of his arms but holds a hand up to him. "There is still the dance we still have to go to before we leave." For more romance of the night they were sharing. A dance and maybe when they get home, some whispers of sweet nothings before going their separate ways.

"Mmhm..." By appearance, he looks grumpy, but he's trying to hide the soft smile as he's practically red to the tip of his ears and she's love-beaming with her eyes. But the softness of her voice, her touch, and her kiss. Knowing she wanted the night to never end and neither did he and allowing himself to fall in love with her, experiencing the emotion as warm, joy, and happiness that brings a certain sense of peace.

He takes her hand. "I must warn you. I don't dance and I don't..." Don't like it but-

"Don't dance well. I don't dance well enough but still-" Well soon enough they joined the other couples in the square where music was being played by bards and he can't help but to find a rhythm to match hers, a hand on her waist and spinning around to the rhythm of the music.

A soft chuckle at his sound leaves her as she continues to love-beam him with her eyes. Love, she cannot help but to feel loved and safe with him. She hopes that he can feel the same at the moment.

"Then just follow my lead. Try to endure it for a couple of moments. It doesn't matter to me if you are not a good dancer."

She smiles and laughs as they danced in the square, doing her best to find the best rhythm for them to dance. Even glaring at any that bumped into them and had issues with it before going back to dancing with him. Soon, the music stops and Leanne smiles, leaning up to give him a loving kiss, holding it there for a couple of moments.

"Shall we head home?"

He's all smiles at the end of the dance. If anything, slightly dizzy from spinning around from the bright lights and dancing to the cheery, romantic music and ballads.

But inwardly, he's enjoying himself, making memories with her. It comes to the point that he could no longer deny, and he too is all smiles as she's warming him up and opening his heart.

"..." He gently kisses her back. "Yes." He murmured. "I'll walk with you and escort you home if you wish."
