how it works:

scenarios:
1 ✪ first date: Shy and fumbling, you're just getting know each other, what's a better way than going to lover's lane to 'talk' or maybe something else.
2 ✪ cop a feel: So you're going to take the chance, why not try to go for the 'gold' and try a little heavy touching.
3 ✪ make out: You have no illusions, you know what parking is for: Lip locking. So get to it. It's make out time.
4 ✪ hot and heavy: The windows are getting steamy, you know what that means: time to go all the way.
5 ✪ just talking: No seriously. You're just going to be talking. Boring but sweet.
6 ✪ stuck in traffic: Okay, so you're not parked but you're sure as hell not moving. Traffic sucks. But maybe you can figure out a way to pass the time.
7 ✪ snow storm: Yep, sudden!blizzard has hit and now you're stranded in your car. You need to either go get help or figure out a way to keep warm, someone's bound to drive by eventually.
8 ✪ your choice!

1 ✪ truck: the cab is small but there's a whole 'bed' in the back.
2 ✪ compact car: a classic, the front seat might be a bit cramped but there's room in the backseat
3 ✪ sports car: so sleek yet oh so small
4 ✪ convertible: it's topless! so if you get topless there's not a lot of privacy but the breeze feels nice, right?
5 ✪ station wagon: there's room everywhere!
6 ✪ classic/vintage muscle car: nothing gets your motor running more than an old muscle car ~~that might break down a lot~~
7 ✪ limo: there's lots of leg room but make sure you put up that center window to keep the driver from hearing.
8 ✪ train car: (get it?) those bumps caused by the track sure are making things more exciting, aren't they? too bad you don't have much room to spread out.

( the night boils down to this:
a badly lit alleyway in the middle of the city, stars extinguished by light pollution, the buzz of people walking down the adjoining street, the sounds of a husband and wife arguing with their windows open. the kind of dime a dozen scene which is found all over the big cities in Japan.

Seonhee reclines in the driver's seat of her car, lets the noise wash over her, bits of conversation fading in and out, overlapping and weaving between the explosions of a betrayed husband and a furious wife (furious about what, Seonhee hasn't been here long enough to know), and waits for the passenger door to open. )

Took you long enough.

( this scene is just as familiar as the buzz of the world around them. a meeting held every so often, business which inevitably turns to pleasure. she watches him with her head tilted back on the headrest to expose the length of her neck, a lazy smirk playing on her lips as she taps her fingers against the steering wheel.

[ Mine's white-collar appearance suggests that he'd blend in with the business men off-hours rather than the gangsters patrolling side streets. The downtown is an amalgamation of lights, noise and odor. He keeps company in Roppongi, in Ginza, instead of slowing his pace to step into one of the dive bars advertising on the narrow footpath passing its entrance.

Instead of partying elsewhere, he finds that sleek car. Parked off to the side, tinted windows conceal the cockpit and leave guesswork as to the driver's seat being occupied. Mine's fingers slip under the handle on the passenger side, triggering a dull click that tells him and lets him in. That way he escapes the racket of a distant argument.

Falling into the seat, closing the door behind him, Mine is accompanied by the sharp scent of some expensive cologne. He looks over to find Seonhee sitting confidently. From her neck down to her chest, then over her thighs, more exposed by the fleeting length of her skirt than concealed; where Mine looks isn't secret. ]

It's the same time as every night.

[ He's hard to play with, she'll know already—just as, inevitably, he'll still let himself. Even so, his frown releases the pinch over the bridge of his nose, knowing what they both came for. Mine's hand lands on her knee. ]
