Once upon a time, people believed in love and destiny because the string of fate lead them to it.

▶ HOW THIS WORKS

1. Post with your character, they now have a red string tied to their pinky, connecting them to someone else.
2. The string is unbreakable, and irremovable until something emotionally-laden happens in the thread.
3. Optional: Make an open tag to go with your post. It is encouraged, not forced.
4. Have fun, tag around! As a warning, things may become slightly sexual.

When he had woken up that morning to find a string tied to his hand, Luo Binghe had frowned at it thoughtfully, but had kept his calm. It was another of the many odd phenomena that occurred in this place, without warning. It wasn't unusual here to wake up to find something had unexpectedly changed.

He may not have been disturbed by the thread's appearance, but he hadn't been complacent.

After experimenting with the thread and finding himself unable to affect it in any significant way, he had set out to discover what it signified, and what—or who—the other end was attached to. The latter part, fortunately, was simple enough. He only had to follow the thread. On his way, he hadn't encountered anyone else experiencing the same phenomenon. He'd gotten a number of weird looks, but he was used to those.

When Luo Binghe finally reaches the other end of the thread, he finds Shen Yuan there. He regards him solemnly, searchingly. He's been spending more time with Shen Yuan lately, and he's sensed something strange about him, but he doesn't know how to explain these circumstances.

He holds up his hand, the red thread bright against his skin. "Do you know what this means?" It isn't that he's not familiar with the concept, but the thread's appearance in this place, and the fact that it's connecting the two of them—that's what he doesn't understand.
