Ayako-chan is always like this. So direct. It isn't that Miu is ever necessarily trying to avoid anything in their relation - in any relation, really - but it seems such a harsh approach in comparison to her own. When all comes down to it, it may simply be a clash of personality types and that could easily be resolved by keeping your distance. Except Miu doesn't like to keep something in that state, leave the negatives to breed with each other. It's not healthy. It's really not! Grabbing her own bag, she places it on her lap. Rests her elbows on it. And her chin in her hands. When she speaks, her voice is carefully neutral. Not passing judgement of any kind. There can be a thousand reasons. She just... wants to know whether Ayako-chan's might be the same as her own.
