[ Several weeks after their last correspondance, two pirate fleets came into contact with each other. There was a lot of posturing, mostly from the Buggy pirates, but once the temperature simmered down and they could agree they were not at war, their ships were tethered so they could experience a momentary peace. If Buggy's crew was ever looking for a jolly audience that loves a good show, they found an excellent one in the Red Hair pirates who very much enjoyed the entertainment.

Late in the evening, Shanks invited Buggy into the Captain's quarters to continue drinking, this time with a desire to break out a finer batch from his personal collection.

By morning, Shanks got to know just what Buggy meant by those things he said he could do with his hands. The night came with a couple requests. One, that Buggy get rid of the make-up (negotiable). Two, that he not fully remove Shanks' shirt and expose his left shoulder (non-negotiable). He should've made Three a promise not to stick him with a knife, but it never came up.

Now, Shanks sleeps peacefully, sharing the bed, his shirt opened and the sheets covering the naked bottom half of his body. ]
