1. Another day that ends in Y. When mass murder needs to happen you’re the weapon for the job. Employed? Owned by a secret organization? Untamed embodiment of extreme violence? Either way someone’s going to try to stop you eventually.

2. How did I get here? The last thing you remember everything was fine and hunky dory… Wait, is this b-blood?! Hopefully there's someone who can help you and not hurt you.

3. Justified. This is war and wars are won with weapons, not words! Cut through the masses knowing what you are doing is right. Does that mean the enemy of your enemy is a friend, or is everyone not part of the solution a problem?

4. Humor/Crack option. This really is your blood. Do you have intense nosebleeds every time someone even moderately attractive catches your eye? Are you Deadpool and constantly leaving heaps of blood everywhere? WHO IS GOING TO CLEAN THIS MESS UP?

5. Smut. Bloodplay, nuff said.

6. Gruesome to some, beautiful to you. Vampires, crazed artists, and evil scientists can eat their heart out. Or someone else’s…

[ ohhh this is the meme for him. hanseok is the violent, psychopathic CEO of babel group, a corrupt pharmaceutical/chemical corporation known for covering things up, putting out hits on people, etc etc. he delights in violence and killing people, and has committed multiple murders and gotten away with it. at one point in canon, when he goes to speak to a group of young people at a highly publicized event, he gets the carrie treatment and gets a bucket of pig's blood dumped on him, and he's also been shot on a hunting trip.

also, i think he'd get off on knife/blood/gunplay/generally risky sex. kinklist here, happy to take offcomm for kinkier shit if partner would prefer.

tldr, some ideas—
- encountering him after the carrie incident, before he's had time to wash off
- bloodplay sex (m/m for this please - assumed cr welcome but not needed, as he's definitely the type for random hookups. he's fluent in english on a native speaker's level and spent the second half of his life in the states studying law at stanford, so i'm happy to handwave him being in the US if your character's not likely to find themselves in korea.)
- encountering him fresh on the heels of a literal murder, probably covered in blood and in high spirits.
- your character is out hunting for whatever reason and encounters him immediately after he's been shot

assumed cr is fine; unless they're a partner in crime he can be assumed to be masking and acting like a kind, charismatic, totally normal guy who definitely is capable of compassion and remorse. shoot me a pm on this journal for further plotting!

[Once upon a time, what feels like lifetimes ago, Oswald could sleep through the night. Once upon a time, the pain waiting for him on the other side was so much simpler. Something he could throw a cocktail of pills at or drown in a nightcap or two. Or both, against the recommendations of every backalley butcher aware of his bad habits. But he’s not the same man he was the night he died on the front steps of the Van Dahl mansion, clawing at his throat and gasping around lungfuls of blood. The world has changed with him, so bright and alive with noise. With smells. The stink of piss and sweat, cigarettes and cheap, stale booze pressing in around him. And blood -- god, the blood. The whole city is swarming with bloodbags on legs and he can pack his nose with cotton balls and bury his head under pillows but he can't escape it. Can't escape the sweet perfume and the awful, wrenching things hunger does to his insides.

Nothing takes the edge off. Because the thing living under his skin is the edge. It’s always turned on, tuned in. And it's still too fresh to the world, too desperate, to know anything resembling discipline. It wants what it wants and hijacks Oswald's body with the same ruthless determination that it then stalks its next meal. It finds one deep in Gotham Heights just before midnight: a man leaned up in an alley between restaurants, taking thoughtful drags of a cigarette.

If only the man had looked up, he'd have noticed the Oswald-thing sticking to the wall on all fours, unbreathing, unblinking.

If only.

There's a scream. Then a trash can topples over with a crash. A few passersby throw startled looks into the alleyway, into the darkness swarming with violence, whiteknuckling their purses and car keys. A second scream rips through the air and scatters them.

Just another murder in Gotham City.]

[When Rico had rolled his bike past the gates of the Old Mormon Fort, it was swarming with activity to the point that the typically dramatic arrival was barely noticed. Even the rumble of the fusion core powering down barely made a dent in turning heads in his direction, which was rare. He’d unhitched the valuable cargo he’d been paid so much to deliver - delicate medical equipment shuttled all the way from the Boneyard - and trying to hold some frazzled whitecoat’s attention long enough to get the rest of his payment was an exercise in futility. From what he could gather, some fire broke out in Freeside which spread faster than a case of the clap in Gomorrah. Wonderful.

Busy day, seems like. Couldn’t just snatch one by the lapels and shake them down for the caps he was owed, as tempting as it was. For one thing, the armed guards would beat his ass, and another - he’d blown past some Viper who fired at him like he had the shakes, caught him with some shitheap .22 hollowpoint and left a hell of a scattershot mess to dig out of his back and side. Not deadly, not something he could easily reach himself, and not something he’d want to jab a few stimpaks into and call it a day either.

So Rico had to wait. Fine.

He’d made himself as comfortable as he could on one of the ratty bunk beds, and it’s not until the cusp of evening that things start slowing down. He could hear some poor bastard in the next tent still screaming, making that wretched, wet-spittle moan when something’s unbelievably fucked up with your body and there's not enough Med-X to go around while the doc’s rooting around in there trying to fix it. Rico’s been bored to tears just waiting for his turn, so it’s a blessing when it grows weaker and weaker and finally falls silent. Fucking hell, finally. Guess who just moved up a place in line?

Eventually, some Follower ducks into the tent - actually ducks, Rico realizes, because he’s tall. Taller than even him, maybe. Blonde, glasses, and absolutely covered in blood.

And before the Follower can even open his mouth, Rico laughs, his broad shoulders heaving with the strain.]

[It is of course the worst possible time that the Butcher catches up with him. Right as he's on the verge of something far more important, a breakthrough that could tell him more about what is going on with John, with himself, and how they might be able to fix it. Right when they can't afford it. The thought of missing out on this makes his blood boil and Arthur finds himself less afraid than he is angry.

He doesn't know if the Butcher is aware that they haven't been cornered in some church basement trying to hide out, but instead had been in the midst of their own investigation. But it doesn't matter. They can't afford to waste time with this man and despite John's insistence that he be careful, maybe think this plan through, Arthur doesn't hesitate. The Butcher likely expects that they're hiding, trying to avoid him or perhaps slip away again. After all, he's run every other time.

With any luck he won't be expect Arthur to sweep around the corner and swing a heavy shovel towards the approximate location of the other man's head.]
