It takes tack sharp focus at all times to keep limitless running and healing, and beyond that - drinking makes him weepy and sad. Anyone who would tolerate Gojo drunk, certainly wouldn't tolerate him weepy and sad all over them, so it's just better that he avoid liquor and waxing poetic about the cruelty of life and the stolen summers of youth with his co-workers.
Gojo can't quite recall how a discussion about the first years turned into Gojo eating and Nanami drinking into the wee hours of the morning. Not so very long ago, in fact, but they have things to do, places to be, youthful minds to teach so here he is how did he get in to check on Nanami to being with? he'll never tell <3 delivering the healing nectar of Nanami's favorite sandwich and orange juice.
Don't ask him why, hangover foods make even less sense to him than hangovers. ] Worry not! I've returned with your requested remedies, you'll be right as rain in no time. No need to thank me~
[ Using only two fingers to move the pillow over his face, Nanami blearily peeks out from where he's laid out on the couch. The jolly cadence comes back faster than expected. Maybe that's the benefit of asking Gojo to run an errand-- assuming he doesn't get side-tracked. Thankfully that is not the case today.
Gojo being in his house is something that will have to be addresses later. Right now it might as well be a blessing.
Slowly he rises to a seated position even if it feels like his head is still miles behind him. ]

[ Gojo presses his cheek into his palm, watching Nanami curiously through his blindfold. ] I don't see you drink heavily very often, I didn't think you were one for it.
[ The cake and mochi earn a look of interest rather than surprise. It's still fascinating to Nanami to remember that Gojo practically runs off of sugar-- something humanizing.
He closes his eyes to avoid the look of being studied. ]

But generally Nanami remembers pleasant conversation, something that kept them out late at least. No sense of lingering irritation seems present. He's certainly not refreshed-- but not remorseful. ]

[As per usual all of Ulrik's band were drunk aside from him who had just wanted to meet up with his brother's new boyfriend to talk. He might get trashed later but for now he's wandering along the bar noticing City Charms talking among each other with Mikkel and Fredrik getting rowdy with the band babies. Approaching Davy, Ulrik offered a friendly smile.]
Leave it to the three troublemakers blondes to convince Davy to start doing some sort of sweet shots. They went down fast and easy and now Davy was feeling the effects. Joey was laughing so hard because Davy almost spilled his drink.
"Maybe Sven needs to come get him?" Sam mentioned because he was still sober enough to realize Davy was very drunk.
Mikkel snorted a laugh. "Ulrik. Have some shots."
He's already pushing one of the bright pink shots toward Ulrik.
Ulrik didn't think Davy got that trashed but here he was getting fed shots by Joey and some of the others. Of course. The young blond guitarist snorting a laugh as he thanked Mikkel for the shots.
"Thanks. Is Davy trashed?"
The young Swede downing the shot and grinning. Was he still coherent enough to talk to? Maybe he could talk about Sven and have a laugh about it as he was now approaching the drunk guitarist.
Joey had to try and stifle the laughs so he could talk. "Syn wanted to see if we could get him drunk enough to fuck your brother in the back like Mikkel gets."
"I did not." Syn looked shocked and threw a piece of ice at Joey. Mikkel going red in the face.
Davy was struggling to remain presentable while this trashed. "These brats are getting me drunk."
He gave Mikkel a shove toward Fredrik to make room in the booth for Ukrik.
Ulrik could see that the babies were getting Davy drunk for some ulterior motive involving Sven. This didn't surprise the Swede as he giggled at the ice throw, moving in to slide into the booth next to Davy.
"My band are all trashed, even Lars. Sigurd is over there drinking with Bjorn if you want to see him."
Ulrik motioning to Mikkel, who was obviously drunk just like everyone else. Who wasn't drunk? Sigurd downing shots with Bjorn who screamed when Lars sneezed at having a spicy cocktail.
"I just wanted to talk since we haven't really seen much of each other. My brother is such a gym queen."
"I saw Torden earlier." Mikkel mentioned before kissing Fredrik and sliding under the table to get out. He wanted to go harass Sigurd for a few minutes.
Joey was laughing. "He is now that he's fucking a princess in the gym."
Davy got bright red and angry. "I'm not like you and the elevator."
Syn giggled. "We all know you get all hard and hot when Sven works out."
Sam got wide eyed and then leaned against Fredrik giggling. They were obviously out to wind up their guitarist.
"At least someone's finally fucking you." Joey rolled his eyes. "You were starting to get mean."
"I wasn't." Davy scolded his bassist but it was mostly true. Davy got anxious and wary when he was single.
Fredrik kissed Mikkel back before he watched the drunk Dane disappear off to harass Sigurd. Ulrik laughed a little before picking up a new shot and downing it in one. The pink liquid was very sweet and assumed this was something Mikkel picked out due to the fact Danes liked sweet things.
"Maybe my brother is a gym whore then?"
Ulrik shooting Joey a grin.
"Sven is happier now that he's got someone. For a long time he kept himself alone because of what happened when our parents died."
Ulrik just gazed down at his drink and didn't say anything because the whole accident in losing his parents just caused a pang of pain to well up inside. That day both him and Sven lost their parents---was the worst day of their lives.
"I didn't mean to upset you, I'm sorry. Just---I don't want to think about anyone falling off a cliff."
The young Swede thought maybe he should get up and leave because Davy was too drunk and he didn't want to talk about his parents.
"Can we talk about my muscle-headed brother instead?"
Ulrik took the shot with a small smile and then attempted to push away any negative feelings regarding his parents' death. It was over ten years ago but it was still there, brutally aching like a knife wound to the chest.
"There are a few fucking asshole family members who deserve it. No one deserves pain in their life inflicted by another."
The young Swede had been talking with Zack and Viktor lately, getting insights in how they deal with pain and hurt.
"Sam's family is shit too. That'swhy Davy is his mom now." Joey shook his head because those people were somehow even worse than Davy's dad.
"Does that mean Sven is his dad now? " Syn snorted a laugh as Sam gave him a playful shove.
"We're trying to get out of this tight lipped princess what's going on behind closed doors." Joey had been harassing Davy about his newly found sex life and, as of yet, he wasn't drunk enough to say anything.
Ulrik just shook his head because he felt sorry for Sam, who was quiet and shy, similar to Rik in many ways, at least that's how the Swede saw it. He reached out and put a hand on Sam's arm for comfort.
"Fuck all those oäktingar. Bastards."
The guitarist frowned and then smiled at Joey's words about getting Davy to spill the beans about Sven fucking him.
"Would anyone like another load of drinks? I want to buy because I'm your guest."
Ulrik was going to end up getting back to Dee totally smashed so wanted to have fun with City Charms. Joey was already flagging down the nearest waitress as Ulrik wondered what to get. There was a loud scream followed by laughter coming from somewhere over in the corner of the bar. Jorgen. It had to be. Or maybe Bjorn, Joe, Aarne or another screamer.
"This bar is really nice. Uh---how about we order dirty named cocktails for fun?"
The guitarist grinned and knew this would be fun. Poor Sam looked very drunk though. Wasn't he dating that tall Finn?
Joey grinned and ordered a round of Canchanchara. Davy rolled his eyes because he was going to get even more trashed if this was what they were drinking.
"I don't know many dirty drinks but I know Cuban ones." Joey knew that this was going to get the others. The sweet honey and lime drink was refreshing but also sneaky since the Aguardiente that Jerry got in was 60% alcohol.
Syn leaned in close to Fredrik to whisper. "Do you think we should call Sven to come get Davy?" The guitarist was getting drunk and Syn was worried that he might get surly with the rest of them.
Joey leaned up on the table and spoke to Ulrik. "If this tight lipped princess won't tell us, do you know what your brother likes to get up to in the bedroom?"
Syn got wide-eyed because Joey was going to get slapped at this rate.
Ulrik had never tried Canchanchara before but wanted to try it because Joey was going up to order it especially. It would be rude not to try it so the Swede sipped some and felt the alcohol burn down his throat, causing him to cough slightly.
"Fuck---what's in here? It's strong."
Fredrik giggled a little at Ulrik trying to drink Joey's strong hooch but then felt Syn lean close. Oh. Should they call Sven? Davy was getting very drunk and did that mean he'd get emotional? Some people did.
"Uh---what do you think? We're just drinking but does Davy not take his booze well?"
Fredrik now asking Syn in a quiet voice so that Davy couldn't hear. Ulrik went wide-eyed when Joey asked him about Sven's sex life with Davy. Oh no---what should he say?
"Maybe Sven should say himself? He's a cocky bastard and I know he'd want to spill his secrets himself."
Joey started to laugh but his own bandmates were used to him buying these drinks. "Aguardientes. It's made from sugarcane like rum." Though much stronger in this case and from different regions than rum.
Syn bit at his lip and shrugged. "Sometimes he..."
Joy butted in to Syn speaking. "Gets drunk horny."
"I don't." Davy scolded the bassist and tried to give him a shove.
Joey dodged and grabbed one of Davy's hands, playfully but noticing a bit of redness at the wrists. "Oh .."
Davy was trying to yank his hand away from Joey who started laughing. "Is he tying you up like a dirty tower princess?"
Sam's eyes got so wide and Syn started to laugh because Joey was looking to get hit if he started on this.
Joey finally let go of Davy and barely dodged the swipe at hitting him. Davy was obviously uncomfortable and tugging the sleeves of his long coat father down over his wrists.
