Bridget didn't call him on his blatant scrutiny though she could have punished him in any number of ways. The dhampire didn't bother with any of that nonsense though. She had generous curves for one barely topping five feet, and she didn't mind if someone took a good look. It was leering and touching she had issues with. One didn't leer or touch a master painter's work, why should they with her? But humans seemed to enjoy owning things. Rocks, trees, animals, each other...

"Good, that would be boring. Broken humans tend to irritate me." Bridget moved over to pick up the forgotten glass of wine on her desk and took a sip. "Frankly, I see you as nothing more than an inconvenient mouth to feed and clothe, it's better if you really are. But since it's either accept you as a gift, or risk giving offense to the group who put the bow in your hair. And I'm too busy right now to deal with a group of pouting children."

She put the glass down and flicked a strand of hair back over her shoulder. "Now, how do you view me? I enjoy playing as much as the next cat but it's more fun if we're playing the same game."
