RULES
☥ Pick a vampire clan or a life state and state it in the post, along with other valuable RP information. Maybe make a short AU backstory!

CLANS/LIFE STATES
☥ BRUJAH: once philosopher-kings of an ancient civilization, but are now rebels and rogues with a fearsome inclination toward frenzy.
☥ GANGREL: bestial and untamed, often coming to resemble the animals over which they demonstrate mastery.
☥ MALKAVIAN: a clan fractured by madness, each member irrevocably suffering under the yoke of insanity.
☥ NOSFERATU: hideously disfigured by turning into a Vampire, so they keep to the shadows and traffic of the sewers in the secrets they collect.
☥ TOREADOR: Vampires that enjoy every sensual pleasure the world has to offer, idolizing physical beauty and the adoration of their thralls.
☥ TREMERE: vampiric sorcerers that wield the supernatural power of their past as a hermetic house, though they became vampires through treachery and artifice.
☥ VENTRUE: observe the noblesse oblige of vampire society, though their entitlement and greed encourages them to seek ever more at the expense of others.
☥ WILDCARD CLANS: There are actually six more clans you can play as in the original tabletop game. It's a wildcard option for simplicity but you do you in this meme.
☥ CAITIFF: the most common term used by kindred to describe a vampire of unknown clan, or of no clan at all. The clanless have no inherent clan society, support, or even characteristics; they are like orphans among the great families of vampires.
☥ GHOUL: a minion created when a vampire gives a bit of vampiric blood to a mortal without draining them of blood first (which would create another vampire instead).
☥ THIN-BLOODS: A vampire that is so far along in the generations that their powers are weakened and are more human-like than vampire. However, there are certain advantages to being more human than vampire.
☥ BLOOD DOLL: a mortal who freely lets vampires drink from them. Frequently found as members of subcultures such as the Goths, blood dolls seek a perverse thrill from the vampire's Kiss, but their tendency to actively seek out vampires to give it to them means that they unwittingly walk a very thin and dangerous line with their lives. Not so much a Ghoul, more like a vampire!groupie.
☥ TOUCHSTONE: A normal human connected to a Vampire by their previous mortal life. Kept in the Vampire's circle for sentiment as well as grounding, as it's claimed that it keeps the Beast in check.
☥ WILDCARD HUMANS: Again there are associates of Vampires, (weapon sellers, club owners etc) Hunters, government agents that know about vampires, and well... prey. This game truly has it all, people.

PROMPTS
☥ THE EMBRACE: is the act of transforming a mortal into a vampire. A vampire drains and replaces a victim's blood with a bit of their own to pass the curse of vampirism to a mortal. This prompt could also cover the... fairly unique relationship between sire and childe.
☥ KINDRED POLITICS: Are you allied with The Camerilla? How about the Anarchs? The Sabbat? Are you smack dab in the middle of a Jyhad between two or more old as hell vampires? This is a catch-all prompt for all your Vamp politicking and plotting.
☥ KINDRED AND KINE: This prompt covers the various forms of relationships between Vampires and Humans in this universe? Prey, Ghouls, Partners in business/crime, Vampire Hunting, Touchstones, and all sorts of stuff can blossom.
☥ WILDCARD: VTM is a complex as hell tabletop game, and I can't possibly list all the stuff one can do in this universe. (This game has all matter of Fantasy races in it, so frankly, Vampires are just scratching the surface here.) The sky is the limit and you can nearly do whatever. (Just don't look at it in the day if you're a Vampire, that will be a final death for you.) If you need more information about this fascinating world, there's always the White Wolf wiki pages on it, or just pick up Bloodlines or Coteries of New York.

[okay first off pretty much all my vtm knowledge comes from bloodlines and i think i'm due for a replay soon. so if you're better versed in the franchise as a whole or have better ideas i will totally defer to your expertise.

anyway! vampire dethklok??? prophesied to stop gehenna or something??? woahhhh imagine. i'm thinking potentially gangrel (scary bunny??) or malkavian toki, or maybe he's caitiff, or maybe these dumbasses made their newbie a ghoul at some point. maybe he's still human and didn't get embraced yet. maybe he didn't, but then whoops magnus was a vampire. possibilities!]

[Lookit him, with that pale ass skin he's already a vampire in spirit. But everyone needs options.
1. Lasombra Antitribu. Like all Lasombra he was put through hell just for the 'honor' of being Embraced. He risked a Final Death to escape working for the Sabbat to follow his own path and straight-up wants nothing to do with Vampire Politics. (However, he could be valuable to whatever faction seeks him out.)
2. A recently embraced Thin-Blood. He has no memory of the person that sired him or even any idea about his own powers. Will he grow in his powers, join an organization, commit diablerie and become a full vampire, will he use his advantages to hurt his own kind or will he die? Who knows?
3. Human Touchstone and a P.I. that knows a vampire personally and professionally. He wants to help this person dearly but is always kept at a distance.
4. Since I wanna be awful, there is always the Ghoul option. He hates it but it is what it is. >_>
5. A Nosferatu that fully enjoys being ugly. Delighting in disgusting Kindred and scaring humans on the street. Due to his former life and skills as a mortal, he is freakishly good at the whole unseen spy for the Camarilla thing.

Oscar is probably one of the open-ended ones in my folks in this meme so please give some suggestions! canon info and permissions.]

[I have several options here.
1: Brujah aligned weapons seller. Think Venus if she sold weapons. (While she sells to everyone and anyone, her actual loyalties are to the Brujah clan. Is she actually a Ghoul? Who knows.)
2. A hunter that just so happened to be on the wrong side of beefing with vampires. (I leave what would happen to her up to you.)
3. The World's Most Chill Giovanni on earth. (Don't get it twisted, she's still a sadist, she's just on the low about it.)
4. Something close to canon, a government agent that knows about Vampires. (Does she like them, does she view them as threats? Ask her.)

[Ouija is a Setite, a Toreador by Embrace who ended up breaking hard with the Toreador clan, making enemies of all of them, and now hangs with Nosferatu, Lasombra, and the Daughters of Cacophony as the Setite Primogen in Las Vegas. They liase between Prince Benedic, the local Tremere, the local Anarchs up North of the Strip, and even the Sabbat (including one ambitious Tzimisce who wants to see all life on Earth return to crab). So they have a lot to do with pretty much everyone who isn't a bred-in-the-bone Toreador.]

[Here are the options available:
1. Gangrel, full stop. Genuinely hates vampire politics but it's what her sire wants so be it.
2. Caitiff with no clan and actually likes it that way. She might be convinced to join a clan, however.
3. A Hunter that hates vampires with a passion, hopefully, someone can return that passion to her in kind.

1. Toreador. Full fucking stop. She could actually be a powerful elder but instead isn't focused on gaining power per se, so much as surrounding herself with things and people she believes are beautiful and interesting. (Given that she keeps many Ghouls and regular blood dolls, she doesn't really explain the difference between pleasing object and mortal.) Of course, the Toreador lust for human beauty does have a darker side.
2. There are Vampires in Aramat's canon. So why not a crossover? A mortal Lady that does hold a fair amount of power in her native Savannah, Georgia that knows and works with Vampires in her area. Does the partnership work well? Does it all go to shit? You decide.
3. Aramat as a Ghoul, because of shamelessness. >_>
4. If you wanna go full dark!prompt. Aramat as a Tzimisce. She mostly has the same attitude as Toreador!Aramat except she's much more fond of literally using her thralls and human admirers as nasty, bloody, terrifying avant-garde furniture. (The objectification is literal and horrid.)

A freakishly powerful elder that said: 'fuck the Pyramid, I'm not staying in it long enough to become like the Salubri one day.' She is focused on creating her own bloodline by any means and the Sabbat allows her to run wild and sire as many vampires of her line as possible. She may fuck around and create the person that might actually give her final death. She looks forward to it.
2. This is Vampire the Masquerade. Human magic practitioners exist, so do demons. So why can't she be a touchstone? A very, very, uncaring touchstone.
3. Isolde (or whatever her name is this week) is the exact type to be a blood doll for kicks (and perhaps as a cover to hunt vampires for Vitae).

He didn’t know the ins and outs of how vampirism worked. He was still too green to know about the Tzimisce and the extent of their abilities. What he was seeing should’ve been impossible, as far as he knew. The voices hum and whisper to him but he can’t make sense of it. He shifts his weight, glancing between her and the convenience store they had run into each other outside of. It was a relatively neutral ground, and he was by himself. He had no reason nor desire to pick a fight. In fact, he gives a nervous, breathy laugh like a cornered animal as he struggles to maintain eye contact.

He’s a smooth-talking jackass blood mage not above using violence to get his way.
