I was in the armory.

[Castiel comes up the stairs of the bunker with a box of weapons in hand. They're hunting something they need to detain first, so it's mostly silver lined cord, binds, and things of that nature. He starts to disassemble the contents of the box he'd carried up and lay out what they can use. He's not incredibly experienced in the detaining part of the process, but coercing information, and smiting are both things he's perfectly capable of.

Half way through emptying the contents he pauses, and sets down a pair of shackles and it's matching neck collar.]
