Yes, but it can't be used to get them to sing in tune. Your results may vary, depending on how much innate talent the rats have.

Have you considered just getting all the other ghosts to turn on the one you don't like? Maybe they'll kick them out for you.

Though I will say, you can't go wrong with regular baths or showers using warm water and a gentle, non-drying soap. That just works with the entire living body.
