I took a peek at your permissions page and it doesn't give me much info about that in general. i figured i should ask first! if not it's perfectly fine! i vaguely know of jjk but I've never actually watched it so I'm canon-blind to his character oop )

[ hey~ ocs and canonblindness are totally fine in general (i've adjusted his permissions to better reflect this, so thanks!), though since you're canonblind an au setting probably would make more sense here. jjk gets a bit complicated to explain and condense in meta, and geto is either a rigid rule follower or a sassy villain depending on canon point.

[ no particular ideas for an au. i should have been clearer in suggesting just dropping them both into normal modern japan in some sense, sans jjk's lore, since that seems to be her last known location based on your history section? however if you would be comfortable, the backdrop for jjk is just modern japan circa 2017 (since adult geto would make more sense with those prompts) and she could simply have reason to be meeting up with and/or know geto as he masquerades as a religious figurehead. either sort of starter would work for me. ]

The minute her hands are empty she is already typing away on her phone, the glow of the screen illuminating her features. Sae is always grateful for the text-to-speech app installed on her phone. It was the reason why she was able to communicate with people without having to worry about using her voice too much. Even though she could technically speak, it wasn't something Sae did often. Hello Geto! It's been a while, hasn't it? I haven't really had the time to visit you. Work gets in the way.. [Who would have known that such a simple job as being a florist could be so physically draining, but she knew that flowers were used for a variety of things here; as a gift, for celebrations and more. I made some homemade cookies for you, though. Not too sweet but just enough to enjoy it with a cup of tea.
