As simple as could be: in a moment of privacy or perhaps in the middle of a crowd, you are the unsuspecting victim of a surprise tickle attack. What will you do?

Prompts:

• Accidentally. You were just trying to get someone's attention, and a simple poke or prod got more of a reaction than you were expecting.
  
• Playful. It's all in good fun, at least to start. You're just goofing around and whoever's on the receiving end doesn't mind or even enjoys it.
  
• Tickle Fight. Someone threw out fighting words, and laughter's the way to settle things.
  
• Revenge. The fighting option, but way more one-sided. You're mad, and you know just how to make them regret it.
  
• Lost Bet. One of you picked this as a forfeit and one of you is probably regretting it.
  
• Interrogation. Maybe you're an actual 90's cartoon villain with a G-rated torture chamber, but more likely you're just trying to harmlessly annoy someone into fessing up.
  
• This Better Not Awaken Anything. The obligatory smutty option, we know you're out there.
  
• Wildcard. Mix and match, come up with something new, we're not your boss.

[I was hoping I'd see you again! As for an angle... I can't really think of anything super specific. Maybe just Chibi striking the latest blow in their ongoing tickle war where each side thinks they just need to tickle the other one more time to be even? Maybe she sneaks up on him when he least expects it.

[Chibi-Usa was frustrated - Hope had gotten the best of her recently and their little war had tilted in his favor! She wanted to get back at him for this!

She grinned as she spotted him standing around, not realizing she was here. Carefully, she tiptoed towards him and, if she was good enough… she would pounce and tickle him!]

[As far as poor, naive Hope was concerned, the war was over. The last tickling session he gave her had tipped the scales back into balance. Now he and Chibi-Usa could leave those childish fights behind them and focus on more important things like hanging out, dating, making out, or maybe even-]

GAH!

[Hope was broken out of his totally chaste and pure line of thinking by a sudden collision from a tiny pink rocket. Before he could say or do anything, he found his most sensitive areas under assault from two highly aggressive sets of fingers.]

W-Wa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

Ah-ha! Gotcha! Say uncle!

[Chibi-Usa couldn't help but keep doing this, at least for one more time. She just wanted to one-up him one last time and this was it.]

[But now in Hope's mind, Chibi-Usa had reopened hostilities in this little war. Now Hope needed to get his revenge once this was done.]

Un... Un...

[But he couldn't spit it out. Every time he worked up the strength to say the word that would grant him mercy, a wave of laughter would wash over him, leaving him a shaking, giggling mess.]

What was that? Can't hear you!

[She couldn't help but keep going. His laughter was so sweet!]

[Hope continued to wriggle and squirm, but accomplished little more than filling the air with more of that musical sound his girlfriend enjoyed so much.

Finally though, after a few more seconds that felt like hours of laughing himself silly, Hope managed to work up the strength to get a legible word out:]

G-gonna get you for this!

[And said exactly the wrong thing.]

[She giggled at that as she kept tickling him before kissing his cheek]

[Hope didn't know it was possible to blush bright red while laughing one's head off. This was certainly an educational day.

After laughing for a bit more and inadvertantly wriggling even more into her grip, Hope finally built up the strength to try again.]

Un-uncle!

[Chibi-Usa laughed as she finally stopped tickling Hope, hugging him tighter, her chest and brooch pressed against him.]

I’m sorry, I just had to!

[Hope panted as his lungs greedily took in air, almost subconsciously hugging his girlfriend back.]

You're evil.

[He pouted for a second before smiling and cupping her cheek.]

You're lucky I'm into that.

I know I am. It’s a bad habit.

[She smiles as she leaned into his hand.]

And I’m glad you play along. Even if you hold a grudge.

Does that make me worse for encouraging it?

[Hope smiled before leaning up to plant a kiss on her lips.]

Oh I sure do. We were even, and now we're at war again. You're lucky you tired me out so much. Otherwise I'd be trying to get your shoes off by now.

Oops! Guess I miscounted! I thought you were in the lead!

Guess I’ll need to be on my guard, then.

[He chuckles.]

And yeah, you should. I could strike at any moment!

[Hope then takes advantage of their current position to roll them over so now he's on top. If he's successful in that, he will then move his fingers to tickle her armpits.]

[She’s surprised as she’s rolled over and tickled herself, laughing hysterically.]

[She couldn’t say anything coherent, lost in her laughter.]

[He leans down and kisses her on the cheek this time. After what he endured, he has no intention on relinquishing this very temporary power he had over her. The tickles continued.]
