1. He's a big dumb nerd and... like, probably the best person I've ever known? I was lucky enough to have him as a best friend so it's pretty cool dating him. Now I have a best everything.

Canon

David Kostyk has the most brilliant mind of anyone I have ever encountered. He sees the world in ways I can only begin to fathom, and I love just watching him think. I love watching him do just about anything, truth be told.

He is also one of the most socially inept human beings you are likely to ever meet. He just can't seem to get the hang of... people, really. But that doesn't matter.

He reached me when I thought I was unreachable. When I was ready to give up. He showed me how wrong I was to think I had been broken. I am humbled and proud that this man loves me.

Aleksander was... unexpected, to say the least. I didn't know he wanted me. Not in that way.

To be honest I didn't know I wanted him either. I was not unaware of how unfairly handsome he is, of course, but you can enjoy a nice view without wanting to build your house there, so to speak.

But now I do want that. My heart has made wherever he happens to be its home, and I want no other view than that for the rest of my life, if I can help it. It's a discovery I treasure and delight in, more with each day that passes in spite of whatever obstacles we might face.

I love our conversations. He's intelligent, funnier than you might think, and he makes me happy. I'm proud to be at his side.
