Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

[ So here they are in a cabin in the middle of a blizzard. Kaveh could have chosen to wear more temperature appropriate clothes, but he did not. Hong Lu could have chosen to not be a rock, but he did not. This is not even the most desperate and terrible moment of Kaveh's life and that probably says a lot.

The set-up is like this: Kaveh is bundled in a blanket and has assumed the fetal position for maximum warmth retention. He holds Hong Lu (rock) in his palm, fingers gently wrapped around, and his hands are kept at the middle of his bundle, sandwiched between his stomach and his thighs. His toes, admittedly, are a bit cold, but Kaveh reasons that he could lose a toe or two and still be fine, but if he loses a finger? No fucking way he could handle that depression arc after the many depression arcs he has already been dragged through. So the priority is keeping his hands warm, although actually the priority is keeping Hong Lu (rock) in his hands warm, which he is probably going to realize was an incredibly silly thing to think in retrospect, because a rock is not going to ail in the cold and jade doesn't even transfer heat that well; even at the center of the heat bubble Kaveh has formed, Hong Lu (rock) is still slightly cool to the touch. ]

If only I had a Pyro vision... I've also heard that people with Cryo visions tend to be resilient against the cold, that would be fine too... Ugh, what good is having a Dendro vision in a situation like this?

[ The only plants he can make explode, is that supposed to be useful to him. Is it?! ]

... Wait, no. Now is not the time to rely on divine intervention, right? [ He squeezes Hong Lu (rock) slightly— ] Humans have to solve problems the way humans are capable of! ... Uh, no offense. [ ...... ] The point is, humans are one of the only species capable of making fire! I know the science behind it, at least.

[ Kaveh observes what he has to work with in this abandoned cabin... where are the fire-making implements? Surely there has to be something he can cook with here. ]
