Prompto hates it when Cor goes beyond the Wall for many reasons. Firstly, because he misses him, duh. But also because it's dangerous beyond the Wall and while may have earned the moniker 'the Immortal', Prom isn't naïve enough to believe that Cor is actually unkillable. He is every bit as flesh and blood as any other man. Prompto also hates that most of Cor's work outside of Insomnia is classified beyond what Prom has clearance to know.

Sometimes the missions are so classified and so hush hush that Prom can't even talk to Cor on the phone - those ones are always the worst.

He's not an idiot though. He knew if you sign up to date the Marshall of the Crownsguard, and like, the highest ranking official after the King and his Shield that the job is always going to come first. So, as much as it sucks, he understands.

Still, after Ignis informed him that the meeting he had to drag Noct to was indeed a debrief meeting with one Cor Leonis, Prom tagged along to the Citadel.

That's how he finds himself waiting in the grand foyer of the Citadel impatiently for the meeting to be over. His knee bounces with nervous energy at the thought of seeing Cor again after what feels like a lifetime.

It's all part of his job, going out on these missions outside the city. Sometimes it can be a few days, Sometimes a few weeks. He doesn't regret doing them, never - it is his duty, after all. That doesn't mean that he's not feeling lonely at night, without Prompto there to snooze beside him. Some missions are safe enough for him to text or call the blonde, and it does ease the ache at times. But not this last one - radio silence was necessary, given the delicate nature of his assignment.

It just meant that he breathed a little more easily once he was inside thd city proper. A standard check-over by Medical, and then a debriefing of what had occurred... And then afterwards, he's quietly informed by Noctis that Prompto is waiting for him. Which is why he follows the Prince out into the Grand Foyer, a relieved little smile gracing his face upon seeing that sweet, freckled face. "Well, this is a nice surprise," he states in greetings, as if he wasn't already informed beforehand.

Prompto gives Noct a smile in passing before his attention is fully on Cor. He gets to his feet, hand crossing his chest as he bows his head in greeting. "Marshal," he says, keeping a professional front in public, despite wanting nothing more than to run into Cor's arms and cling to him.

"Any more business to attend to or are you free now?" Prom really hopes it's the latter because he really wants to take Cor home - or to the office, or anywhere away from prying eyes.

Noctis couldn't resist leaning in as he walked past Prompto. "Have fun tonight, buddy," he whispered with that teasing, 'best bff' grin on his face before scurrying off towards wherever he's meeting Ignis.

Cor, meanwhile, is giving Prompto a serious nod in response. "Argentum. I am free tonight, yes. Shall we...?" He guides the younger man towards kne of the hidden elevators scattered around the Citadel. Thankfully, no servants and royals are lurking inside...and as soon as the door closes behind them, Cor pulls Prompto into his arms so as to give him a deep, passionate kiss.

Six damn it, Noct! Prompto tries, and fails, not to blush at his best friend's teasing.

A squeak escapes him as he is pulled into Cor's arms, the sound quickly morphing into a moan as the older man's lips find his. It's been weeks, but it feels like years. Prom kisses Cor in return, hungrily, nerdily, one hand resting on his arm, the other sliding through Cor's hair.

"Missed you," he finally murmurs against Cor's mouth, pulling back just enough to get a good look at him, checking him over for any obvious signs of injury.

"Mm, missed you too." He missed that cute squeak, that adorable blush, that needy and hungry kiss. He gives him a forehead kiss, even as Prompto looks him over for any obvious wounds. Thankfully, there are none to be seen at this point, and Cor isn't acting like he's carrying any bad ones this time around.

"Halfway tempted to just fuck you in the back seat before driving home..."

"Only halfway?" Prompto asks, arching an eyebrow. "Maybe I should see what I can do to tempt you more..."

He closes the gap between them in order to steal another kiss while slotting a slender leg between Cor's so he can press his knee up against him.

Getting freaky in an elevator probably breaks almost every rule in the book, possibly even counts as treason but Prompto has missed Cor too much.

Not treason, no, but it would Irritate certain folks so much if they were caught getting frisky like a pair of teenagers. But it's hard to resist when Cor had also missed Prompto so much. Hence, why he's groaning into the kiss, pressing their bodies closer by groping the younger man's ass.

"Careful, or I'll make it hard for you to walk out of the car once we get home," he murmurs in a sultry purr, his words as much a promise as it is a 'threat'.

"That's okay. I have a big, strong hero who can carry me inside," Prom purrs as he nuzzles Cor's neck, oh so tempted to leave a love bite, but knowing better than to leave marks where they could be seen.

Instead he settles for dragging his tongue against Cor's throat, along his jaw before planting another kiss on his lips.

"Although, if we keep this up I might have trouble walking to the car..." He really needs to wear looser pants around Cor.

Cor chuckles at that first answer, and then gives a tiny moan as that tongue licks up his neck and along his jaw. He responds back by deeply kissing his boyfriend in return.

"Thankfully, there's not many people leaving right now. It shouldn't take long to slip into the back of the car." Thank the Six that his windows are tinted, so that no one can look in on them getting it on. Which is why, once the elevator dings, Cor leads Prompto over to his car and opens the rear door, gesturing for the blonde to enter first.

Prompto wastes little time sliding inside. Hands making quick work of the button and zipper of his skintight jeans.

... Yeah, he really needs to wear looser clothes just so getting them off is easier. He toes off one boot so that he can free one leg to give them more freedom of movement. It'd almost be comical if it wasn't for the intense look of need in those blue-violet eyes.

Speaking of need... Cor's lips have been off of his for too many seconds. He reaches for Cor, wanting to drag him the rest of the way into the car.
