Rescue

The person you love is in trouble! They could be in danger or perhaps even captured, but no matter what, no one can keep you away from them for long. Be careful, though, and don't lose your head and make foolish mistakes out of passion. Remember, your loved one will be counting on you, and that may include for more than just being saved. Rescuing is a long process. — OR — Your rescuer (or your rescued, as the case may be) isn't someone you've met before; they could be doing it out of the goodness of their hearts, for a mission, or even completely selfishly, as you'll be valuable to them. Still, they've come to free you from your prison or your most perilous of situations. While this is happening, it may be easy for emotions to run high...and feelings to burst from behind the scenes. As you ideally work together to get to safety and avoid getting caught while participating in deadly chases, you realize something problematic: you're falling for the person you've rescued or the person who rescued you. — OR — Somebody saved your hide from certain destruction - problem is, you have no idea who they are! In your mind, however, you've started to get all kinds of ideas about them. What are they like? Well, surely they have to be this way or that way. They're most likely a saint! Oh, it's as if your heart is aflutter when you think of them. You'll stop at nothing to find out where they are. But once you do, can the real them ever live up to what you imagined? Comment with your character and preferences. Mention if your character is more likely to be the rescuer or the rescued. Reply to others. Use one of the scenarios above or choose your own.

[Her cage is still a pretty one. It has soft linens, pretty dresses, and on the days Margaery takes her out, there are even flowers, sweet smelling and bright. Those are the days she likes the most, the ones she can forget about the bruises hidden behind pale purple gowns that match the fading marks on her porcelain pale skin. It's not so porcelain now, being in the south as long as she has, but she has survived.

Days like today make it almost bearable though. Her smile may have been a little too lively. She knows how to hide it, but Margaery's presence brings with it hope. It's nothing tangible of course. There is no true escape from her cage, just a momentary leash. She does not know how it got back to Joffrey though, but soon enough he appears at the edge of the gardens, barking orders. The King is there to see his betrothed. No, it isn't her. Thank the gods, but she cannot be too pleased before he's physically pulling Sansa away from the one friend she may have made.

Head down. Bite your tongue, girl. Margaery stands between her and the king, and she only lifts her head just enough to watch the exchange. She has a talent with words, with the way she holds her body. Sansa needs to learn this to keep herself safe. Her words soothe in a way that even makes her calm down, taking the focus off of a physical sort of pain. The other woman never pokes too hard at her, but distracts him enough from beating her. His words are cruel, but they never sting as much as fist on flesh. She is strong. She will abide.

She does not escape unscathed though. He shoves her to the Hound and scoffs. He muses to Margaery about what a bride she would make for him and even she spares Sansa a look of pity before the redhead is looking up at the Hound. It is not the first time he's made such a joke, but his amusement is distracted by his bride-to-be, and he summons her to walk with him as Sansa attempts to stand on her own. If she moves too much it will draw his attention back to her, and there are a multitude of reasons she would rather avoid that. Instead she tends to her skirts as if they are the most interesting thing she has seen, muttering a,] My apologies.

[As if she merely bumped him as they were passing in a hall or something.]
