On The Run Meme

Maybe something went wrong, or maybe it's just another normal day in your life, but you've found yourself on the run. Did you commit a crime, or cross the wrong person, or simply end up in the wrong place at the wrong time? Whatever the reason behind your situation is, your goal is the same: don't get caught.
 

How To Play

• Comment with your character, and if you're feeling ambitious put in a bit of a starter. Who are you running from and why?

• Respond to others, either as their partner on the run or part of the force chasing them.

• Have epic adventures, fall in love, utterly fail and get caught. See how it goes!
• RNG for some extra unpredictable fun.

Scenarios
1. Running from the cops. You broke the law, whether it was shoplifting or murder, and now you've got a warrant out for your arrest.
2. Attracted the wrong attention. You made someone angry, or obsessed, or otherwise drawn their ire and now they're after you.
3. Somewhere or somewhen. You've ended up in a place and/or time in which you're not welcome.
4. Wildcard!

Relationships
1. Friends (or more.) You've known each other for awhile and are on good terms, so hopefully you can rely on each other in this situation.
2. Circumstantial allies. Strangers, enemies, or otherwise you've ended up in this mess together, and it might benefit you both to cooperate.
3. Opposite sides. One of you is the runner, and the other is pursuing. Which will prevail?
4. Wildcard!

Complications
1. Late to the party. How many people did you piss off? In addition to whoever was already after you, someone else now is as well. Maybe they'll take each other out?
2. Confrontation. They've found you, and it's come down to a fight.
3. Disguise. You can't evade them, but you can hope they won't recognize you. Better be a good actor!

Supernatural AU Nonsense

'Eli Wu' is the name of the minute. Drifter's gotten very good at running, at changing his name, at becoming a new guy. He's running a little bar by a trading outpost right by the border of Afghanistan. He's one of the few English speaking guys around here, so if someone's main language is English, he's who they come do.

Just one of those mystery characters who just does his bartending, offers the occasional coin trick or bottle flip for the drunk and easily entertained. He's usually forgettable, other than the twin snake medallion around his neck. That weird guy with the bar and with scars on his face, and nothing more in a place where almost everyone has scars on their face.

He's also usally not opposed to renting out his backroom to people on the run, so long as they don't overstay their welcome (AKA bring the authorities chasing them). If they can't pay, he can give them busy work with moving inventory, sweeping the floor, or whatever task their best suited to do until it's time for them to move on.

He claims to be a lot harder than he is. He's deadly suspicious of most. But if someone's truly innocent, if they don't belong in the position they're in, or if they just genuinely want out of something? That tends to be his weak point.

Sure, he'll give them the exit they need. The one he'll never quite get, as hard as he's tried to be each and every person he's pretended his way into. Lifetimes upon lifetimes of it. As far as anyone who knows him now figures, though? He's just a someone that speaks English with a dusty hideaway and a place to hang your hat until you catch your breath.

And that's the man that's named to V when he needs somewhere to go.
