Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

A freak snowstorm on a February evening. Ducky had been walking home from the pub, after an evening of less-than-useful eavesdropping, when the winds had picked up. A tiny woman, she doesn't have much strength to fight the weather with, but she's still making an attempt, head down to make herself more aerodynamic as she trudges against the biting gusts and large wet snowflakes plopping against her coat.

It is her good fortune to be walking down Baker Street at this time. Perhaps someone will spot her out the window and offer a rescue?

It's not so much concern as it is practicality that moves him, and if there's any part of him that is truly worried, he simply chalks it up as a collateral: she is still in possession of the plates, after all, and if nothing else he should retrieve them before she meets her fate. He's come too far to let some reckless child to take it all from him on, what, a whim? An impulse to explore the land? Oh no, he's not about to lose to wanderlust, of all things!

So Togekiss leads the way, gliding several feet above his head with relative ease despite the gelid winds-- and if past experience holds true, then a blizzard may be on its way. Perhaps they should set up camp and resume their search in the morning, but just as Volo is slinging his backpack off, his Pokemon chirps out and swerves east, chest puffed out with renewed resolve. Has she picked up on the right track? In any case, Volo knows better than to argue with his feathery friend; instead, he follows suit and braces for the cold, forearm bent over his face to shield it from the snow. ]
