That's pretty much Hayley's entire life. lol In the last couple of episodes she's been pulled deeper into things than she would like, which is bad because she wants to continue breathing, and the people she's working with aren't really conducive to that.

I could definitely see her approaching him, yeah. It isn't that she's completely anti-social, because she's not at all, she just doesn't form attachments. After her family kicked her out, it easier that way. She likes her drifter lifestyle and making friends just makes it more difficult.
