What's with us monsters and having self-esteem issues?

Perhaps it's a part of why we become monsters in the first place.

Still a load of bullshit, to me, just means that we're more focused on things that others ignore and the like.

Then again not like I can talk much given I overlook lies to get kicks out of them.

I never wanted to be a monster. It was chance and fate and the humans who wanted to slay the monster they thought I was. So I played the part until it became true.

You're still not the worst, sometimes things are out of control of ourselves but I'll admit that from what I've seen of you that you're by no means as much of a monster they try saying.

Regardless, survival instinct can be quite difficult to deal with when it comes to being pushed. Not many think of that... especially not many humans, besides, that idiot we call our master cares about us enough to say that much.

Not yet. There's another "me" who is the monster I was at the end of my life. And she is. I... I am perhaps not there. But I am still willing to play the part - so doesn't that make me just as bad?

Our Master thinks well of all of us. Even those of us who have done terrible things. So I don't know if they're a particularly good measuring stick.

It can all vary, I exist as two in one and even often times hide away as that happier part of me wanders about out of a need to stay away. I'll as much as I hate it admit that you're fine, you can be willing to do it again but that does not make you who you are as a person. What you were condemned for, that is that.

Just think of it as they desire the best for us no matter what we've done, I near ate everyone and sent you all off to an eternal sleep but they still keep me here, do they not?

Maybe. Depends on if you'd like to hear it, so far it's not as bad as it could have been. I'd say that I more wonder how in the hell people get anything done here with the sheer level of chaos that happens in your day by day lives.
