What are you on about, Kurama? [ He's starting to wonder if he ought to be concerned, really, watching the way that the youko is reacting to all of this. He, for one, has no idea what is going on, or why Kurama is behaving the way that he is, but it's almost.. concerning. He finally turns to look at Kurama directly, brows raised and demanding an answer. ]

[ his gaze is still adverted, even as Hiei moves to look at him better, and there's another moment of silence before the redhead responds. ]

Those demons. You enjoy humoring them. Willingly allowing and accepting their lewd remarks and poor attempts at seducing you. You enjoy it all, don't you?

It's funny, Kurama. Mostly in the sense that they think I'm at all interested or listening to them. [ The little fire demon rolls his eyes, trying not to seem too dismissive since Kurama is, clearly, somewhat affected by the little games he's been playing here by himself. He needed to get some amusement out of this boring part of his day, didn't he?

He'll attempt to at least be a little understanding, for once in his life. ]

[ he's silent as Hiei justifies the situation, and reassures him that nothing will happen... as true as it was, he still couldn't shake away that jealousy vibe. after all, seeing your lover being hit on or seduced by someone else was never an easy thing. besides, wasn't there other ways of entertainment?!

after another long pause, he finally speaks, fists clenching ]

That is not the only thing that is bothering me. The things they say, the looks they give you... it upsets me. [ he stops again, only to look over to him finally, green eyes meeting with red. there's a serious look within his eyes, though his facial expression hardly shows anything ]

[ In this place, and this situation, there wasn't really much in the way of other forms of entertainment, sadly. When he could be out in the field with his sword and the potential murder of those who he didn't find amusing, then this wasn't really what he was after. It was the little things, when it came down to it - and Hiei tried to find the best things to amuse himself in these less than amusing conditions. ]

Since when are you so possessive? [ Hiei sighs, unsure of what to do with this new development. ]
