[ Fighting Loki is always annoying. He just has this way of pissing everybody off that Steve has grown to loathe. There isn't a lot that really gets under Steve's skin, but there are lives on Loki's hands and every time he comes back, it just distracts the whole team from doing what they're supposed to be doing. ]

Stand down.

[ He says this, tossing his shield, knowing full-well Loki's just going to phase out of getting hit by it. That was some punishment he was given on Asgard; he was back on Earth in no time flat, and has been a thorn in Steve's side ever since. ]

You wanna tell me why you can't just go to some other planet?
