[ Any other time, Jill would be thrilled to be in Hawaii. A little free time and a breather might be just what she needed to escape the muck and filth of BOWs, getting the smell of rot and old blood out of her nostrils. Naturally, much like a cruise ship, anything she holds vague interest in so she might relax at some point has to be strong-armed by the work. While she doesn't hold it against the BSAA, it still almost feels like a joke whenever she has to deal with this sort of thing -- a joke perfectly catered to her, even.

Joel's been someone she's gotten somewhat close to over time even if he's a contract worker. They wanted someone outside the organization this time for some reason with experience in smuggling. Why she couldn't have gone with Parker or Chris is anyone's guess -- hell, why it had to be her was anyone's. She supposes it's too important to screw up and it's not a job for a rookie or someone who is exclusively boots on the ground, it had to be a special operations agent like herself. Regardless, as comfortable as she is with Joel, she's honestly kind of uncomfortable. They had a spark, sure, but a marriage -- even a fake one -- could really tell a lot about where their relationship was. Even if work was different than time-off, it could still make or break what they share.

Plus, the idea of marriage in general honestly makes Jill kind of nervous. The idea of permanence when he's experienced so much loss is... uncertain.

They're playing the role of diversifying oil magnates, with the complete cooperation of a shill company that branches from a legitimate one that's out to help the BSAA. Their covers are more than good with that backup and they're still able to use their given names without any fear of repercussions. She's a little irritated at the moment over their cushy rented residence; while it beats a hotel, she's not used to something this luxurious even if the size isn't absurd.

Since part of the job is playing tourists while they try to get the pharma rep to admit to having their hands in other jars, they're going to do some light sightseeing for the moment and head off to a somewhat secluded beach. Jill enjoys this, but she's not looking forward to getting a sunburn (no matter what she does, she ends up with one these days) and she's packing them a bag to take along with them. She huffs when she's finished, hands on her hips as she tries to remember if they even had brought any sunscreen with them. ]

Hey, Joel? Do we have any sunscreen? Kinda would like to avoid looking like a cooked lobster if possible. [ She briefly glances at her hand; it's a weird sensation to get used to the ring. She'd go for a plain wedding band herself if she was getting married, she supposes, but this is a little more showy. Not so big that it's cumbersome, but big enough that it doesn't appeal to her. It feels a little gaudy and fake, but that's kind of the character she's playing. ] I'd love to stay inside all day, but it feels like a waste otherwise.
