Love. Love is a many splendored thing. All you need is love! Except when it hurts because the person you adore doesn't have the same feelings towards you. Then it's a curse.

This meme is very simple, with only a few prompts on its own. But don't let that stop you from letting your imagination run wild, especially if you have a penchant for the tragic. Maybe it's not all bad, though. There could be a silver lining...


HOW TO PLAY

• Comment with your character and your preferences. Also, be sure to mention if you want you character to be the lover or the loved (or either), for lack of more refined labels.

She'll quietly disagree and hold it deep inside until it turns into years of resentment and eventually distill into hatred. But it's a fact that everyone can appreciate. Rhaenyra Targaryen is beautiful. From her purple eyes, to her long, silver hair. Alicent had always thought it. But now, as they grow older, she believes it. She's seen other beautiful women. But none of them can compare. None of them come close.

It's late one night, the two girls are sitting together in Rhaenyra's bedchambers- being so close, it is normal for them to have sleepovers, giggling until late in the night. Alicent, always attentive, will play lady's maid. She's never not aware that Rhaenyra is the princess. That Rhaenyra, that everyone save the staff, hold power over her.
