From TV Tropes (and paraphrased): He isn't a pervert. No, really! His hands just happened to slip and find themselves on her breasts. He just happened to trip on that rug over there and land (probably head-first) on top of her ample chest. Maybe she needed to use the bathroom and ran into him taking a bath or a shower. Whatever happened, they can't help it!
