[Oh boy. Nack rubs his chin, trying to think about how he'd explain to a total stranger the surreal experiences that went down there.]

Oh, no surprises you recognize him, he's a big deal in every dimension I've ever been to. So I'll skip the primer on how he's an evil genius who pays well and doesn't (always, anyway) backstab the help.

According to his assistant, he was shrunk to a subatomic scale and ended up on a planet called Shanazar. There was magic involved, I think, so by the time we showed up, he was 'Kintobor' again, and benignly just arrested us for existing.

Happy ending though, Grimer and I did get him back to normal. The whole thing was weird and uncomfortable for me, but it was worth it, he's one of the foremost industrialists on Mobius. Without him we'd still be wiping with tree bark, most Mobians aren't even smart enough to use the leaves.

To get a little TMI on you here, Nick, I never knew much about my family firsthand. Orphan, you know the drill. Somehow, despite all the research I've done into my genealogy, nothing ever turned up family on other planets.

[Of course, he's only personally met aliens and been off earth relatively recently; you can't blame him for starting out small.]

Sounds like the inhabitants of this Mobius are just as stupid as the people here. Same as it ever was, eh?

...Wait are you related to Robotnik? That's interesting. It must have been rough growing up without anyone to rely on, but family's not always everything either.

It's not exactly a common last name, right? So unless it's the weirdest coincidence in the universe, and I'm not completely discounting that, there appears to be some connection.

As far as I knew until extremely recently, I was the only Doctor Robotnik.
