Slogging through swamps was now on his Top 5 Activities he no longer wanted to do. First impression of Louisiana was shot. Though as Chris said, Dante certainly got taken to a lot of interesting places when he was with Chris and Hound Wolf. Not sure about being "with" the BSAA anymore, since he's pretty sure they've gone corrupt and Chris and his group are now rouge. That seemed to be the story of Chris' life. Settle down, corruption makes him move again, rinse and repeat. But luckily all that shit in Baker residence was under control now. Or getting under control. Dante wanted to be there when they set fire to the place, but alas, quarantine and needing to be elsewhere prevented it. He'd have to watch the videos of it later.

New Orleans. The Big Easy. The City that Care Forgot. And other names some members of Hound Wolf had told him on the flight over. Dante had, of course, never been to the city. Spending his entire life in Limbo City had really truncated his options to travel around the world. Limbo didn't help that any. But with the realm crashed into the human realm now and its beings in a state of disarray and hiding from the Order, that wasn't much a concern. At the moment. Rather, Dante was more fixated on helping Chris with this... mold problem. He honestly didn't understand the details of it, but was picking up on the gist of things. Following orders and repeated information to the head helped get it through his skull.

The safehouse was neither a luxury apartment nor a hidden basement in the ground. Dante kind of expected the latter when they arrived, since the Order's main base had been sealed behind walls and hallways and buried beneath a cathedral. Didn't government or military operations do the same? Apparently not. Guess that was a perk of doing things "legally" as far as the law was concerned. Dante shucked off his coat, boots left by the door, and padded over to the window to take a look out. All the swampy Baker house crud had been washed off as part of the decontamination process, clothes shed and traded out for new duds. But he still wasn't going to feel "clean" until after he got a shower and some rest.
