TYPES OF SCENES
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!

ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.

⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.

⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.

④ Costume party → You're at a costume party, both of you are wearing masks. Do you keep the anonymity or take it off and see whose company you've been enjoying?

Nothing so glamorous as a cardboard box, [ he quips just so, voice deepened by his own light-heartedness that never quite lands. The mention of Room 101, however, inspires a genuine quirk of his lips that's ill-timed and unkind, but still his gaze remains soft. His doublethink will permit nothing less. ]

Something this crude? I could use it, but this is about teaching patience, not easing the process of extracting intel. [ The way he euphemizes torture is unlike how he might've once discussed it with him but the dual nature of his thoughts guards his words while blinding him to why he's doing so, a paradoxical state that's become his dizzying reality for months now. His head aches and his muscles tire, and again he focuses on that single eye wreathed in scars and more brilliant to him than glittering, white-capped waves. ]

This is for training, but leave it to you, Boss, to come up with that many ways to make use of a toy. If medical wants it they won't be denied. Going to order a couple for yourself? You request them on the field and I'll make sure you're sent a whole set.

[ His finger twitches, wiggling the whole trap in Venom's grasp. You're welcome. ]

[ A wry hike of his lips, when Ocelot mentions "intel extraction". It brings to mind past conversations regarding monikers, the phantoms that Ocelot subsumed while Venom was sleeping; the hero's sword in the gulag, and the checkered reputation that came with it. Venom had asked if Ocelot had toed the line of atrocity for his sake, and he still thinks about the breezy answer to the question, how Ocelot's voice hadn't skipped a beat.

("Don't you ever get tired of it?", he hadn't asked. Never will ask, eitherー he knows what Ocelot would say, because it's the same thing he'd say about being a Snake.)

Mm, is his hum-reply to the possibility of ordering a set of toys. Taciturn as ever, when everyone around him tries to chew as much of the scenery around them as propriety would permit. He has a hunch that R&D will send him a bunch of strange things whether he asks for them or not; Kaz will grouse about the GMP they're wasting, but their fooling around is good for morale.

The trap serpentines when Ocelot wiggles it. Another hum, this time in amusement instead of concession, and he

sticks his finger in the other end. Ooh, Venom Snake, ooh. ]

[ Team building exercises. He tries pulling his hand back, with moderate force. ]

[ Instantly the trap tightens, nearer the level of discomfort than Ocelot himself had previously envisioned, and his reaction to the pain induced by sharp bamboo is a momentary unbidden half-smile. He's no masochist in spite of what Kaz might assert (on a good day, as if he's the one addicted to personal tragedy), but the prospect of modifying this device to implement it as a torture tool the way Venom had suggested makes his mind wander.

John had been the first to encourage the self-expression of a young spy methodically raised without identity, and here too he's allowed to indulge in some of his more questionable proclivities and... creative outlets. A facade is more believable when its struts are built on some measure of truth, and his intentions in wielding a needle or stun rod are honest, in spite of how either one might contribute to an exaggerated legend.

He'd strip anyone of their identity to pay John back for helping him find some of his own. ]

Easy, Boss. Normally for something like this you'd use two of your own fingers, but in your case... [ The bionic arm is gifted a significant look, able to envision how easily he could slip himself free. ]

Well, I decided to lend you a hand. Didn't want you to have an unfair advantage.

[ The pinprick-pain of the toy clamped around his callused trigger finger is benign in a way that's almost endearing. Venom glances down at the shadows they cast on paved concrete, connected to each other by the slats of the trapー two oblong shapes, precariously tethered.

Something poetic, probably. The moment of distant amusement is bolstered by Ocelot's brazenness; he's the only one that will say, flat-out and to Venom's face, that the bionic arm is an advantage. (Everyone else is too polite about "The Accident", the loss, the trauma that binds them all to this heaven just outside of hell.)

V's smile is a tiny little thing. It tugs at the corner of his mouth, where the vertical scar bisecting his lips stretches in effort. ]

That, or you needed an excuse for me to stand still for you.

[ As if Venom has ever needed to be extorted into giving Ocelot time. It's meant as a joke, albeit a dry one with another hidden implication: "maybe you're the one that needs to stand still for a second, really."

He tips his head, and gives the trap another tug. Mm, nope, still stuck. ]

[ The smile's a good look on him and spurs on a nostalgia waylaid only by the lowering of his gaze to their point of ludicrous connection, a needed reminder that they're together in coastal waters, not in the Soviet Union. His mind might be a steel trap that he's locked with keys he keeps dangerously near to "out of arm's reach", but even a trap has its triggers.

That gentle tease might just be one. "Stand still"? He's seen enough of this man's stillness to test his very limits. Twin hospital beds, two men, both forced to hear his voice until it was hoarse most days, and the only fluctuation in that "stillness" was the jump in muscles stimulated by precise electric shocks. Oh, he'd much sooner ask him to run as far and fast as possible, just so Ocelot could give chase again.

Turbulent, sleep-deprived thoughts hide behind a quirked brow. ]

Who, me? Well, maybe I could be convinced to ground you long enough here that we could have a civilized meal together and talk business instead of me being forced to watch you scavenge for scraps on site.

But for that to happen the legendary Big Boss would have to outsmart a Chinese finger trap. It's no fun if I feed you all the answers, you know. Relax.

[ Something about Ocelot's obscurity fades while he's talking. Like aural submersion, the sensation of sinking into lukewarm water. Venom has never disclosed to him (or anyone) the extent of his mental condition, how he sometimes looks at his reflection in the mirror and sees two diametrically opposing shapes; how he chases his own memories in the safety of his privacy and feels an undercurrent of fear whenever the edges of them don't line up. In unexpectedly specific contexts, speaking to Kaz exacerbates that conditionー "I know what you're saying, but I don't see it from the angle you do"ー but that cognitive divide doesn't occur around Ocelot.

Ocelot feels like certainty. He feels like the truth, becauseー

Venom's smile stays, small and assured. ]

[ Funny. Either Ocelot really wants the dinner and a break, or he wants to watch Venom squirm. (Maybe both.) Venom watches the angles of Ocelot's features slant, trying to read intention behind the microexpressions.

Futile. V's never been very good at subterfuge, so he does what he's good at: taking orders. He relaxes, and lets his hand go limp in the trap. ] This is your chance to take a swing, [ he quips dryly. ]
