Actually this new arrival who is CLEARLY A VILLAINESS also has her hair down! Donning a tacky black cape with a ~mysterious mask~ and equipped with a Flux tome (no man she can't use that, she just stole borrowed it from Noire/Laurent/some dark magic user for EFFECTS. IT IS SO THAT SHE STRUTS ON SCENE, GIVING THE JUSTICE FORT A LEER WITH A SMUG SMIRK...]

Ohoho, what's this? I see that these pesky justice-doers are up to fuzzy goodness again. Pah! Well this day shall be your last, little heroes! I, (um...) Emstella, the Evil Enchantress, shall be the end of you, muwaha ha ha ha!

Except she kind of is distracted eventually, because staring out at nothing is kind of boring and she really wants to catch up with Father so she's distracted by the tactics book she's been carrying around for awhile now. So she's flipping through pages when a second, honed sense tells her that she should be paying attention.

So she isn't exactly aware of what's going on when Cynthia struts on the scene. All she registers is black cloak and black mask and the beginning of a smug speech and she's bolted to her feet and tossed her book at the evildoer.
