Everyone could use a good massage now and again right? Well it's time to let you characters lay back and relax-- or maybe treat someone else to a little skin therapy. ;) Break out the oils and scented candles, it's time for a good rub down.

How to play:
❧ POST with your character (list their name & canon in the subject if you please)
❧ Others can reply giving the massage or recieving it.

Type

001. Shoulder and Neck - the basic of the basic. Perhaps a strained shoulder, been sitting too long at their desk. Or maybe something even more strenuous. However, it's time to work out all those accumulated kinks.

002. Foot - It's time to give those yapping dogs a rest and treat them to a little TLC.

003. Hand - Hey don't forget about the hands, overworked constantly they could use a bit of a break.

004. Arm - Time to loosen up a bit and rub out those arm muscles.

005. Leg - Perhaps you're looking for something a bit more specific and intimate. Calve massage? Thigh? It's your choice.

006. Back - Considered a coup de grace of massage, the back massage, when done right, can bring extreme relief to those who receive it.

[She turns to give him the full force of her grin, only barely managing to suppress the wiggle of excitement.] Noooo problem. Seriously. You won't hear a word from me.

[fangbangs]

Are you...wiggling? [He can't quite tell. He wishes she would stop]

[reapercussion]

[8|] No. I'm just getting more comfortable. [Get it together, Sally.]

[fangbangs]

Okay. Good. [That's not good. It's so bad. Aidan stares at the bare expanse of skin before him and swallows.

He is so screwed.

He starts at the top again. If she asks, he'll say he's being thorough. The truth is probably a little dirtier than that. He can't stifle the urge to touch her.]

[reapercussion]

[Sally wants to ask. It's a burning question on the tip of her tongue, but hey. Maybe he figures that it'll be better with the shirt gone, and he needs to be thorough. Not that she's going to complain, because his hands just feel really good. Cool against her warm skin.]

How often do you go around giving massages anyway?

[fangbangs]

[He thinks of Suren, and his hands find another stubborn knot and work on that in lieu of saying anything for a moment] Not often. You just happened to be that irritating.

[reapercussion]

[She makes another soft noise in response to his hands. It feels good, and her body is really worked up. But then again, it was a dead husk not too long ago, and all the stress that's followed so far.]

Wow, I can see why so many girls go for you. You sure know how to make them feel special. [But there's a teasing note to her voice.]

I...will buy you a new dress to make you feel special, if you're that desperate for approval right now. [His tone is all dry humour, but he really will buy her a new dress tbh.

His hands drag a little lower. Without the barrier of her shirt, it's that much easier to feel her pulse. He's hungry - he's always hungry these days. He can't drink from her, but for a second he imagines it anyway. Imagines her arching under his hands for a different reason.

Shit. He's so screwed.]

[reapercussion]

No way in hell am I desperate for approval, Aidan. [Is she? No. That's not Sally. Okay, maybe it's her a little bit.] I don't need you to buy me a dress. [She says it indignantly, pouting.

Her body stiffens, from irritation, from hunger, from something, alright.] I don't need to feel special. [She sure as hell wants to be special, though.]

[fangbangs]

[He didn't mean it like that, but he knows Sally. And her need to be special has lead her some dark places before now.

His hands work down to the small of her back] Well you are. [Wow, that's intimate. He swallows around his rising need for blood and something else, clearing his throat] That is - we all think that. You're special to us.

[reapercussion]

[She's trying to recover and repent from that particular time, okay. She's... doing better.

It helps to not be dead, though.

She blinks back tears, glad that Aidan can't really see her face, but he can probably hear the way her pulse speeds up, hear the thickness in her voice.] Yeah. Yeah, I know. [A pause.] A little to the left.

[fangbangs]

Okay. Good.

[He can tell she's crying, but if she's hiding it, he'll respect her enough to not point it out.] Yes ma'am. [He murmurs it instead, fingers moving to the left. He's almost at her hips, now.

He's running out of excuses to touch her]

[reapercussion]

[Get a grip, Sally. She clears her throat, taking a deep breath. It's good to be special by the people she cares about most. Of course she's special to Aidan. And Josh! And Nora, too. Not just Aidan. She doesn't need to be special to just Aidan, but she's glad that she... is.

She bites her bottom lip to keep from sighing. Getting a grip, remember?

She moves against his touch again.] God, this is great. Really great. [Wait, she's said that already.] Sooo. How's the job going? [... Smooth.] Now that I can't actually stalk you guys while you're gone, no idea what's happening. [Even worse.]

[fangbangs]

[Aidan isn't stupid, and he's got a few advantages on his side. He knows what he's doing to her, which is why he should really stop. Take his hands off her warm, bare skin, and push her out of his room]

It's... [Masochistic? Between Nora and all that blood, Aidan sometimes wonders why he puts himself through it] The same as ever, basically. You're not rally missing out on much. [His hands work the muscles just above the line of her shorts. He's probably reaching now] Besides, it seems like you're keeping pretty busy.

[reapercussion]

[His hands are going way lower than she expects, but at the same time, she's pretty sure neither of them expected for her shirt to suddenly come off either. This is probably a good time for her to say, hey thanks for that. Let me know if you need anything in return.

No. Not that.] Yeah, but I don't know. I miss keeping tabs on the both of you. [She snorts.] Max keeps me pretty busy. [Pause.] With work! He keeps me busy with work! You know, sweeping the funeral home, dressing dead bodies.

[fangbangs]

[He thinks about it, the kind of things that Max could keep her busy with. It's not really his fault, she's the one who implied it, and who took her shirt off. Innocently or not. They definitely share the blame here for some of the thoughts that are happening in his mind]

And you're okay? Being around that all the time? [And then it happens. He runs out of torso.]

[reapercussion]

[She's an idiot. Why did she say that? It's not like they don't know her and Max are having sex or anything. He was in the house. In the morning. In his pajamas. They're friends, though. Friends can... talk about this.

Okay, so maybe it's a little different between guy friends and girl friends, but she really can't be picky at this point.]

It's no big deal. [She pushes herself up on her elbows, craning her neck to look back at him.] They're just dead people. If the ghosts bother me too much, I use iron. Easy.

[fangbangs]

And you - Max is okay with you just swinging around a piece of iron in your spare time? [He should probably back off, but it's a legitimate concern.

Okay, it's not legitimate at all, but it's still a concern. He can be concerned about her, right?]

[reapercussion]

It's not as though I'm wielding iron pipes in front of him, Aidan. [God.] He already thinks I'm hiding things from him.

[fangbangs]

Well. [He stands back, crossing his arms over his chest] You are.

[reapercussion]

[She turns over onto her back before sitting up, frowning at him.] Yeah, but he doesn't really know that. And yeah, okay. Bad on me, whatever. But how am I supposed to tell him the truth?

[fangbangs]

[Aidan frowns a little. Max is not the guy for Sally. He's way to...normal. But he's definitely not about to tell her that, not when she only just got her body back. She's allowed to make a few harmless mistakes, even if they make him want to break the guy in half a little]

Honestly? I would...wait a while. See how serious you wanna get with this guy. 'Hey, I used to be dead' isn't exactly the sort of thing most people take well.

[reapercussion]

[She frowns back up at him. She might not be able to tell what he's thinking for sure, but she knows him well enough to know it's something. And then he speaks.]

I didn't say I was just going to tell him the truth. I just... [Sally sighs, shrugging.] And who are you to be giving me sage relationship advice? Really?

[fangbangs]

[He eyes her back] Someone who...has a few centuries worth of screwing up relationships under his belt?

[reapercussion]

[She makes a face.] We're really shit at relationships.
