A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION

YOU MAY KNOW EACH OTHER ALREADY - OR YOU MAY NOT. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU'RE NOW PASSING THE TIME ASKING EACH OTHER QUESTIONS. IT'S A GAME! A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION. YOU START OFF ASKING YOUR OPPONENT A QUESTION OF CHOICE AND IF THEY ANSWER IT, THEY'RE ALLOWED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION IN TURN. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE, ONLY AS LONG AS YOU ANSWER THE OTHER PERSON'S QUESTIONS ARE YOU ALLOWED TO ASK QUESTIONS YOURSELF, BUT THERE IS NO EXPECTATION OF TRUTHFULNESS HERE, LIE IF YOU MUST OR WANT, JUST KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING.

How to play -
1. Comment with your character's name, fandom and preference.
2. If you want, leave a question in the comment field that your character is asking their opponent. Or don't. I'm not the cops.

Ever just think about something you're afraid of and go, "wow, that's embarrassing."

[ Because he jumpscared himself the other day and he's still thinking about it. ]

Have you ever had a belief — a theory, honestly — that you would do anything to prove?

Sometimes there's things you can't be forgiven for.

[ Not necessarily towards her. It feels that way though and he certainly knows of himself and others who've done things that you can't come back from. He has an idea what this is about, but he's never addressed it with her before. He's not sure if now is the time for it either. ]

Is it personal?

[ He also has an idea but it's awkward. ]

[ She's completely aware that his opinion isn't about her own transgressions, but it still stabs into her chest like a knife that's recently been whet. It twists deeper and digs in, even her attempts to be rid of it. This is a weight she might have to carry permanently, although she wants to be optimistic about it. ]

Why do you ask?

I’d like to go back to Earth’s past. See what it was like then, and see how people are similar to and different from the way they are where and when I live. I wonder if we had similar problems.
