[It had been a beautiful day, with the clouds all fluffy and round like cotton, the sun shining brightly but not too painfully, and some crazy obsessed stalker tried to throw poison at Claire François in the middle of the hallway.

It was admittedly not a common tactic to administer poison. Nadine also wasn't particularly familiar with one with that shade of red, especially since it seemed to have been sparkling. Nevertheless, the moment she noticed something flying towards her charge, Nadine had quickly jumped in the way to shield her from the splash, having no way to ascertain that she'll be able to pull her away on time.

It caused a lot of commotion, and given she felt no change in her body in that brief moment, she chose to tackle the perpetrator. Another student, it seemed, from a lower batch.

The school uniform she donned wasn't really good armor, so the substance had seeped into her clothes. Claire seemed worried, but also, a lot brighter than she recalled. Radiant even. Like the bright morning sun in the sky.]

[ damnit... riddle went and invited shu to a day-before-the-best-date-ever unbirthday party and was so excited to have him play king for him again, so why is this happening?! riddle, admittedly, isn't too worried because duh, and there's a possibility their scones weren't tainted, but still... just the knowledge the possibility exists might be nervewracking. ]
